Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. OmanThe issue was the swimming pool is located within the all corridors at floor 7 and opened to all floors where the swimmers noise all over the rooms. Also, the breakfast is not suitable for all customers.
The reception staff are very helpful at all times. The hotel's location is ideal to most attractions like dragon bridge, Han river, My khe beach and Son Tra night market. The Wi-Fi is very strong. I thank the management for making guests comfortable, especially the reception staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

South AfricaThe fact that the hotel doesn't allow guests to use their iron, first time hearing of such and it left a bad taste in my mouth as most of my clothes were creased. The pool noise of guests swimming in the morning and housekeeping 😭😭
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is not far from Vincom shopping centre and the beach which also happens to be in a quiet street especially at night for light sleepers.
