Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBed was quite hard and we didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. Window didn’t fully close, leading to a few mosquitoes coming in at night.
We were very pleasantly surprised about our experience here, especially considering the relatively low price we paid. The service by staff was amazing, security made us feel comfortable and safe during the stay, the cleaners were lovely and positive, reception staff were helpful with our requests. Room had toothbrushes, toothpaste and a comb for free. Convenient extras for a price as well.

IndonesiaWe have an unsealed water bottle provided for us with half drinking water left on it. I'm no child abuser but I do kill an adolescent cockroach there. The receptionist really hardly speaks english. There's loud club music down there, so the room is noisy. It was even more unfortunate for us that when we went back from exploring nearby area, their water pump had some problem in it, which resulted in no water to use. This piled up inconvenience, though we are staying only for transit, made us urgently booked another hotel near the district 1 area, which is commonly known as the tourist area of the ho chi minh city. We are so desperate for a good rest that we checked out at 10pm after checking in at 5pm. Luckily, we can sleep peacefully and comfortably there at our new hotel.
I can't really remember what I like here because I have more dislikes during my very short stay here.

United KingdomOnline price is around 600,000VND, whereas the price advertised at the entrance desk is around 300,000. Felt totally ripped off. Not sure if it's due to the hotel management profiteering, or booking.com using some kind of algorithm to dynamically set the price for better profits, but it isn't okay at all to have such a massive difference like that. The room itself is fine, bed is a little hard, shower small, and there is an extremely loud machine on the top floor of the building that whines all day, which you can hear from every floor. Don't expect any peace until the machine switches off.
Friendly staff

United KingdomBooked this place last minute, and saw the price was 300,000VND, reduced from 1,000,000 VND. I figured it was a last-minute deal. Upon arriving in the room, I can say with absolute certainty that it was not a 1,000,000VND room. The listing was an absolute lie, tricking you into thinking you were getting a great deal. It also said it has the likes of a patio and other things that I can't remember. All lies. It's just a basic room like any other random average hotel in Vietnam. For 300,000, you get what you pay for, but since the advert said it was a "1,000,000VND room reduced to 300,000", I expected much better.
Thick curtains so the room stays dark in the morning
