Some of the electric sockets are not working properly, and they need to be replaced. The housekeeping did not replace or add toilet papers even though we still have another night left. They don't serve passion fruits in their breakfast. The window curtain is not a black-out curtain, so expect a bright morning.

The place is quiet at night and close to shops and a mall. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Perfect location! In District 1, close to the main attractions, but without too much traffic, surrounded by excellent restaurants. Pleasant, friendly, attentive staff. Perfectly sized rooms, neither too big nor too small, and the pool is a welcome refresher before dinner.

I would have liked fresh cooked eggs for breakfast as an option, but what was on offer was adequate.

The location was very good, right in the centre of District One. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the location. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Good value for money. No issues with the room or room size.

Breakfast was not good. No vegetarian options. The hotel itself is a bit of a Building site as its being renovated. My window view was just the other side of the building so didn't make much difference in light.

Nice hotel within the Japanese section. Easy to walk over to D1 and attractions. Plenty of restaurants.

Every morning breakfast, they don't replenish the food. So when you come around 8:40 am, almost everything is gone. When you ask the 2 girls in the breakfast area, they will just ignore you, eat and look at their phones.Also, I do understand the language barrier, but some staff just will give you a quick answer "No."

The facilities are good. Although when you book it, it doesn't say if your room has windows.

The location. It appeared to be a red light district, lots of scantily clad women that looked like they were there to offer men’s services. Very loud, no windows and minuscule room. They offered tea and coffee but no kettle to boil water. The room was tiny and box like, felt very claustrophobic

The receptionist was very helpful, I arrived early and they still allowed me to check in quickly. The hotel isn’t luxurious but feels cozy, just as I expected for this range.

The biggest plus is the extremely friendly staff. They remember guests' names and greet them every time they come in and out. I felt welcomed like an acquaintance. The room was tidy, with a hair dryer and ironing board available upon request. However, the room was a bit small compared to the advertised photos.

Was greeted in the lobby by all smiles. Phat not only had great customer service but he also took the initiative to show us around town. He let me experience true authentic dishes that I would have never been able to find on my own. Thank you Phat. You're a true legend!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. I had a trip with my family to Ho Chi Minh City, and it was truly a wonderful vacation thanks to the helpful staff here. They recommended many interesting attractions, which made our trip far from boring. With their enthusiasm and the hotel's convenient location right in the heart of District 1, I will definitely come back here next time

Perfect central location in District 1. Bed was really comfortable. Room was excellent. Loved the roof top bar to cool down after a busy day. Breakfast was delicious. The team were fantastic and attended to any issues well. Sam was outstanding. He changed rooms to suit our family and booked us on an amazing trip. Nothing was too much trouble.

The fridge is not working. Some stairs in front of the hotel, yet it HAPPENS everywhere in Vietnam.

The bed is comfy and big. The triple room is big as well. Staff are nice and helpful at the reception and at the breakfast place. Free bottles of water and G7 coffee every day. The hotel is quite silence at night and just walk distance to the busy area or metro station. There are quite a lot of coffee shops, Michelin restaurants and Japanese restaurants nearby. As I have stayed at some bad hotels before, it's a at good hotel. I am pretty sure I will stay here again for my next HCM trip.
