Nobody was in the reception during all day, but they were responsive through WhatsApp. The pictures look too good to what you see in the end, a bit misleading. Overall, good value for money.

The downside to being in a quiet area is there are limited food options nearby. However, it looks as though a new restaurant (plus basket boats and lantern making) was preparing to open next door. So it may be an up and coming area. You could pre-order breakfast (we never tried this but saw others enjoying it) however, there wasn't an actual restaurant on site as indicated in the description. The room included an electric kettle but no mini fridge. There was a shared kitchen by the pool including a fridge where we could store items; however this fridge smelled awful. It was cleaned out during out stay but the smell was still quite strong. The property description mentions a child's playground but I didn't see this anywhere.

Lovely villa, our 2 bedroom apartment was on the ground floor and opened directly to the pool area. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off in the hot weather. The villa is in a quiet location requiring a short grab (taxi) to go to the old town or other locations. The beach was a 20min walk. Nice cafe a short walk away. Nice, tidy rooms. Great value for the price. Communication was through WhatsApp, this includes receiving the check in information and arranging payment on check out. Laundry service was available and was very reasonable and fast.

There is no bar by the pool as the photos kind of indicate. However there is a shop nearby where you can purchase beverages to stock the fridge. Location is quite far out of the old town. This wasn’t an issue for us as we had hired motorcycles for the duration of our stay (highly recommended) but for families this may be a put off.

Has a very homely feel and great pool. Rooms are a great size and can be serviced each day if you please. In a nice peaceful area by the river. We had great daily breakfast at the neighboring restaurant which has just recently opened.

There is no elevator which is a little strenuous for those with heaps of luggage but luckily we were staying on the second floor so there wasn’t too many steps to ascend (and also the staircase is so grand it makes up for it).

Amazing location with gorgeous rooms - by far the best place I’ve had the pleasure of staying in so far. The price is so affordable for the quality of the rooms and the architecture is genuinely breathtaking. There’s a pretty koi pond, a large pool, and a great view of the river. It’s located on a quiet street which is ideal for relaxing too. The staff are very kind and accommodating, extending our stay for us after my sister got sick and couldn’t move hotels. And if you’re staying here, I also recommend checking out Do Divers next door!

The King Suite was perfection. It was spacious, modern with a traditional feel, clean and bright. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The room had a massive private balcony with river and garden views. The site pictures are completely accurate. I cannot recommend enough!!

The property was really had for Grab and taxi drivers to find. A bit far from city centre. No TV remote in room. Shower screen visible to living room and swimming pool area.

Swimming pool and kitchen lady was very nice and helpful. Right on the river for the afternoon breeze. Close to new boat shed opening.

The bath sink was working bad. Air conditioning needs a maintenance. I couldn't find out how to run a TV.

The swimming pool is awesome. We almost didn’t see and hear the other customers and always had our space despite the fact that hotel wasn’t empty. So it was a pleasure have a calm weekend. The hotel is 10 minutes by car from the tourist center and from the beaches, and the best thing is the silence you return to after going to the old city or a restaurant

The hotel is very beautiful in all the details. Quite place, natures view. The host is always in touch on what’s up. We had an exceptional room King suite with a great view and balcony with a bed, and perfectly nice bathtub in a room so it makes our experience even more memorable

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, which was well-maintained and very clean. Our room was located on the third floor and came with a private bathroom, a bathtub, and a stunning view. The beds were comfortable, and everything was neat and tidy. We only met the owner at checkout, but that wasn’t an issue at all, as check-in was conveniently handled via a door code. We were also able to rent motorbikes on short notice, which made it easy for us to explore the city and the surrounding area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was extremely clean and also offered a great bonus — a beautiful, clean pool in the garden, which we really enjoyed. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is a little far from the centre and the ancient town, and it is a little bit hard for drivers to get to the resort.

Very nice stay! Beautiful place so comfy rooms, the place is amazing. Very quiet perfect for relax and 10min bikes from city center. Mir Hai was so help full and answer very fast as soon as we needed. Some people still our bikes in the city and he came to us and went 1 hour around and came back with the bikes 😍 I would really recommend this place and would come back next time in Hoi An. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is simply stunning. A very beautiful place where you feel a sense of elegance. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, with attention to every detail. When we got back to the hotel I always longed for a good bar to sit at which it does not have although they do provide beers and soft drinks. If there was a laundry service it was not obvious. Do not let these two things put you off going there.

It is situated in the most beautiful of locations, but not in the centre of Hoi An. It takes and inexpensive taxi ride to the centre, but as the centre is so crowded it was always a relief to get back to the hotel and have a swim in the most glorious of pools. The building is charming with vines growing up the sides. They provide bikes for guests, although a bit rickety they work. The rooms are full of character ours had wonderful views of the river. The prices are very reasonable.

We chose the property for its free bikes as advertised on booking.com so we could cycle into town but they are no longer free We loved the out of town location but if you want to be in the centre of Hoi An, it isn’t The only other thing to say is that although the property has a lot of charm, it feels like the staff have given up slightly. The building has huge potential but it feels like it isn’t well loved. That said, it was still one of my favourite hotels

Nothing to mention about, everything was good!

The homestay was a really nice, and quiet place. The location was quite far from the old city, but they had motorbike rentals for affordable price (150k) for a day and also bicycles available. We personally loved to stay outside of the hustle and the bustle of the town so for us this homestay was an amazing choice. The room was quiet and cozy, we had a really good night sleeps in here. Also the room was huge and the bathroom also. Water pressure was good and wifi worked well. They also helped us to book a bus from Hoi An to Ninh Binh and everything went absolutely great with that! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone that wants a bit quiet time during their stay in Hoi An.
