The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and had to ask for cleaning TWICE, floor and surface were covered with dust and sand like untouched for few days. The pool area seems outdated

The on-line photos of the hotel & it's facilities had clearly been enhanced. Everything was more dated, the pool bar was never open, the breakfast dining room was crowded & noisy. Vung Tau is clearly a popular place for Vietnamese families, especially on long weekends.

Loacation was great - beach, coffee shops & restaurants all close by. Make sure you have a translator downloaded as most restaurants don't offer English (or any other language) on their menu's.

Ceiling leak, for sure with mold as you can see with my picture ! The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Around the swimming pool, several wastes, need a big clean ! For one night ok, but donc go for more

As the hotel was not really occupied the breakfast choice was very small. The equipment is old, needs to be repaired and replaced.

We received free upgrade to bigger room. Good location in front of the sea. The sea is not so clean in this part, so we spent most of the time at the roof top swimming pool which had and amazing view. Good and fast wifi.

It was hard to get a smile from staff. My main concern though relates to hygiene and covid protection measures. One or two staff occasionally wore a mask. In the breakfast area one member of staff was coughing and sneezing seemingly without awareness or care. I used my google translator and told her to put on a mask. A lesser concern was the coffee... it should be freshly brewed each day but it tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. I stayed at this hotel once before and enjoyed it. I was disappointed with it this time and won't go back. There are many others to choose from.

Slippers were given on 2pairs for the room with 3pax and demanded us to pay when checking out. Not only shortage of slippers, the other 3rooms also shortage of cups, spoons.. Disappointing experience. Would not recommend to friends or come again to NOLIS HOTEL. 👎🏼👎

Before I arrived, I texted back to discuss the room and everything. The receptionist said everything was there and ready. But when I arrived, I had to wait for a long time to check in and when I asked about the service I needed (confimed), she said it wasn't there. When I went to check in, I found the bed sheet was dirty and told the receptionist to change it for me. But after 5 pm, when I came back, it still hadn't been cleaned.

it was one of the worse hotel I stay in I asked for a room with a sea view and mounting if I put my head out the window I can see little bit of sea and mounting because in front of my eye was a never hotel covering everything to see pay for breakfast for 5 day I only got breakfast in 3 days me and my friend was only 2 people staying for first few days

Breakfast wasn't that good, we decided to skip breakfast the second night. They said they would have a motorbike reserved for us, but they didn't. We had to find one to rent.

I liked the hotels location. It was across from the ocean. The rooms didn't look as nice as the ocean, they upgraded us to 2 double beds, but we didn't want to stay in the room, it smelt musty.

The hotel can be noisy. Tiled corridors, slammy doors and some guests talking loudly early in the morning / late at night. There was also team building + megaphone which started at 6.30am Saturday morning on the beach (nothing to do with the hotel). Pretty standard in Vietnam though! Breakfast = Vietnamese choices, but that is fine for us.

We love this place. Have been back many times. Stayed in a beachfront room which are a great price for the location. Nice little pool on the roof too.
