The location was very central in the Old Quarter. The beds were very comfortable and there was even an elevator in this hostel! I’ve been to many hostels now in Vietnam and I’ve climbed a ton of stairs.

They don’t take card as payment, but there is an ATM right outside the hostel.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and toilets. Moreover, it's in a strategically located spot (old quarter) - all the shopping destinations, famous coffee shops (case in point - Cafe Giang which invented Egg Coffee) are in close proximity.

The Bathroowm were congested and the toilets/bathrooms are congested & very small. Staff also was little rude

Everything was perfect… It was close enough to everywhere at the same time very cozy and quiet… The stuff was super friendly and helpful

We loved our stay here at Old Quarters. Everything was nice, be it staff, facility or breakfast. Guest at the hostel were also nice. Hostel situated right next to the walking street making it lively.

Excellent location, friendly (talked with 4 people at the front desk and they were all nice) and helpful staff . They did accommodate my special request :). The facility is well equipped. If you’re a female, reserving a women-only room is recommended, as I was the only female in the six-bed room

I had a great stay at this hostel in Hanoi! The location is easy to find and super central—close to anything you might need as a traveler, whether it’s food, sights, or transport. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage for each person, and I appreciated the shoe racks outside to help keep things tidy. Bathroom is clean. Their food menu is both affordable and varied, which was really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The dedicated common area wasn’t too busy, with most guests hanging out in the lobby/dining area.

Got in super late. Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and tidy!
