Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe hot water ran out very fast, we couldn't have a hot bath or shower we had to use the kettle which is unfortunate as da lat was chilly. We also hired a scooter from the resort that was making noise when we first got it, the belt had melted and we had to walk it to a mechanic, the resort only covered 50% and we missed our flight because of the incident and had to pay for a whole night again for the resort. The Netflix didn't have an account.
The room was massive, staff were very friendly but we had to google translate with everyone as they didn't speak English. The bed was very big, location and view were great.

Singapore1) What is not so amazing is this resort ONLY ACCEPT CASH , which is not stated anywhere in the booking. You have to pay for your meals in CASH, you have to pay for your hotel stay in CASH. Good luck if you , like most modern travellers , prefers to pay by card rather than carrying any cash 2) I was informed two days before my flight that the room with mountain view that I specifically booked for 2 days a month ago, was sold out. In the end, I had to compromise with a standard room, and only one night of the room I wanted. The resort seemed to have zero concept of service recovery and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience wrought on me when I arrived. No dining vouchers, not even a verbal acknowledgment of the trouble. This is not a complaint on the staff. This is probably a management system oversight where staff is not empowered to make any decisions. For non Vietnamese, I will suggest you stay somewhere else and save yourself some aggravation. Staff tried their best but they are non English speaking and issues such as CASH ONLY policy is out of their level to handle
Location is rather far from city centre but that’s partly the appeal. Setting in the pine forest is amazing

AustraliaThe staff is very friendly and helpful. The view of the pine trees is amazing. What we don't really like is the food, but overall this is a great stay experience.

CanadaBecause the place surrounded by nature, there are quite many forest creatures around (bugs, ants, …). Also, the washroom cleanliness could be better. One of the rooms I stayed in has the humid smell. The bathroom entrance in one room was right opposite the bed (few steps aways) with no entrance door. Smell from the washroom could get to the room quite easy. Hope these could be improved in the future as I saw so much potentials from Omirita.
You’ll fall in love with the place if you love to be surrounded by nature. Just like getting lost inside a forest. The place is perfect for pictures and relaxing. The staff was nice and kind. We forgot a jacket and they contacted us to ship it back.

TaiwanThere are several aspects of the resort that I find unsatisfactory. Firstly, the facilities provided by the resort are below average. While the accommodations are passable, there are no other attractive landscapes or areas for activities that guests can enjoy. Secondly, there is a severe lack of information available for visitors. When I asked the receptionist for some brochures or leaflets about local tourist spots and places to visit, they informed me that they had none. Finally, I booked two rooms for a two-night stay, but both were in a deplorable state. The rooms were unclean, with hair on the beds and towels, and spider webs surrounded the corners of the rooms.
I love the location of the resort, located in a quiet place for relaxation. The breakfast was nice. Actually the staff named Nu was pretty supportive in terms of sharing information about places to visit, buy affordable souvenirs and good food.
