How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great hotel, enormous rooms, comfortable bed and pillows and well-appointed bathroom. Rooftop swimming pool is lovely with views over......the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and very good by Western standards.

Nice view from topterrace To watch airport traffic. Nice clean pool. Free oneway shuttle To airport. We got an upgrade room,It was nice surprise. Short and Quick way To airport

Nothing really, just bit of noise, but much better than most airport hotels I have stayed at.
This is a brilliant hotel especially if you are flying out of Hanoi. BUT it is full of people doing just that, so it is a 24 hour 'in an out' hotel. However, the staff were helpful and food was 'pre-flight' sensible and basic. Good sleep, but as I have said there are people coming and going so there are some noises, but the comfort of the bed and air-con drown out most of those noises... we will stay again, when and we return to Hanoi. Pool fab too... with amazing view for this ether like plans taking off and landing. 5 - 10 minute transfer included.

Not a lot of variety with the food available.
Close to the airport, convenient for a layover stay. Great bed and cold air conditioning. Good size rooftop pool.

Hotel has restaurant and when we arrived (half hour after opening) staff was having dinner themselves at table next to us. We had to wait for them to finish before they served us, felt a bit weird, but fresh and hot food made up for it.
Hotel with pool with awesome view of airport and landing planes, Dishes in restaurant were good. Fast transfer to airport in the morning.

We arrived around 10pm and the hotel weren't doing food anymore. It is located in an area where there aren't many food options at night, there was a little market, but just to bear in mind if arriving later.
Very convenient for the airport, and the hotel transfer is great and easy. The rooftop pool looking at the airport is amazing, and we had a little balcony which was nice to sit out on.

One of our small towels in the bathroom had blood stains on it.
Great airport hotel. Location in a small town next to the airport. Hotel also has free pickup transfers to Noi Bai Airport. The hotel is great for staying when you have to go to the airport the next day. Staff is friendly and kind aswell.

The pool was dirty. We didn't eat there but we asked a fellow guest and they said it wasn't good pizza.

The breakfast was not really great.
This place is close to the airport with a free pick up service. The rooms are spacious and decent. The people who work at the reception are kind and helpfull. The pool on the rooftop has a view of the airport, loved it!

The hotel is basic but did the job.
The property is closed to the airport, so if you need a hotel to stay in before you travel, this is a good hotel. The staff are nice and accommodating. I requested transport to the hotel and they were able to provide it without any issues.

We booked for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children aged 9&12) but were given a room for 3 people with a king size & large single bed (& only 3 towels etc). We managed for 1 night but it should have been clear from the booking that we were 4 people

To be honest for the price it wasn’t to be disliked. No issues from my wife or myself.
They tried their best to help in anyway possible. Even at the end when another family was in our booked car for the airport. They stayed and helped.

The food was not good, and the nearby options are extremely limited. A small shop is next door, which is cash only. The free transfer took 30+ minutes to arrive at the airport to pick us up, and it's only a < 5 minute grab.
This hotel is very well situated for the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could do an even later checkout (3pm or 6pm) for a fee, which was great before a late flight home. Overall, the hotel was fine for the very reasonable price we paid (about 50 euro for 4 adults).
