It is everything you need for a short stay. There is a fridge. I was staying there because it was close to Marble Moutain

There are dead bugs hanging from the walls and ceiling everywhere, like silverfish. I havent seen any alive. It is a feeling that it have been uninhabited before me. The only small window shows the dump. There is no cutlery or utensils although there is a stove.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in close proximity to a beach (800 m) and small shop. Restaurant close by can get very loud at night

rooms look bigger on the Booking.com website. Very small room. My room had water damage on the wall in bathroom, and bed room . Other guest leave their rubbish either on the hallway, dry their cloth on stairs railing.

Comfortable bed, mostly clean, decent sized room with nice decor.. Wifi was free and good connection. Pleasant staff who tried their best. They ordered taxi’s for me every morning to my friends hotel, but could not help with other information.

Property is NOT on the beachfront as stated. It is a 15min walk up a busy road. Although a good kitchen in the room, there are no utensils, plates, saucepans etc. Rooms clean except for extractors, sink and shower drains. Shower heads and pipes. I use the plural because I had to change rooms twice and the situation was the same in each room. The one bathroom ceiling was also damp, mouldy and continually dripped condensation. There is clearly a plumbing/cleaning issue? On arrival, I was asked to pay upfront, which I did but when taken to my room, it smelt of raw sewage. Cleaning fluid was poured down drains, windows opened and room sprayed but still so bad, it caused me to retch. The hotel was fully booked so I was taken to a neighbouring hotel for the night, payed for by Paris and promised a VIP room for the rest of my stay. I did not need a VIP room, I am quite used to staying in basic hotels but I do like to get settled. I clarified that I could stay in the same room as I was all ready to change hotels. I had to wait for the other guests to check out and for the room to be cleaned before I could check in, therefore losing a day of my holiday. I had to miss the trip planned with my friends. This room was lovely but still had the cleaning issues and the mouldy ceiling. 2 days before I was to check out from the hotel, I was told I had to move rooms again as my room was booked by someone else. I was asked to move my things as I was leaving for a planned day trip at 09.00 and would not be back until 18.00. The staff moved everything from my room whilst I was on my trip but again I had to miss an evening out with my friends to sort my belongings as all just put into suitcase to crease. I had a very unsettled stay at this hotel. I was then presented with another bill. I contacted booking.com 8 days ago regarding this & the other issues & to date, I have had no response. As it turned out, it was just an updated bill & required no payment.

The room was good and comfortable, it's a good hotel

The location is far away from the center of the city. I've booked a room for two nights because I arrived early at 6 AM and wanted just to have a room to sleep without waiting 12AM-check-in. But when I came there they said that they don't have a room for me because I didn't came the previous day. Exactly: I've booked the whole extra day just to sleep 6 hours after a long road, and I've posted the time I will come. And there were no rooms. After I told how I'm angry, the girl found a better room, but I paid more for this. Bad check-in experience, but still goot hotel

+ Very nice staff Housekeeping works daily Laundry service available (5kg 100.000) 20k per kilo Last laundry was for free Large room with balcony - looks like new Quiet compared to other hotels on Vietnam 10 min walk down the street to the beach (even though when I was there, there were mostly only red flags so couldn’t go in) A supermarket directly opposite the hotel Prolonging the stay for two days was no issue at all, paying at reception.

    - had some issues with the Internet switching on and off which is annoying when you need it for work but when it’s on, it’s usually fast enough for zoom calls etc. Ants on the floor but seems to be a general issue in hotels in da Nang No soap ( but body wash) No daily complimentary water (I had that in other hotels in Da Nang) While booking.com states card payment is possible, that’s not true. They don’t offer credit card payment - only cash is possible (but someone took me to an atm nearby) It’s not really soundproof. While the street is mostly quiet, you can hear from the 4th floor everything going on in the hall and reception.
