Comfortable and big room

Given the price I can't really complain but it's not a 10 since the rooms are a bit worn and less used surfaces could really use dusting (top of fridge, wardrobe), triggered my allergies.

It is exactly what is advertised - a simple budget hotel. The room has enough space with lots of light. Minifridge, kettle and a TV with Netflix are nice to have, wi-fi works great. Bathroom is clean and spacious too, hot water supply is a bit unstable, maybe it's a solar heater because often it was just lukewarm at night (it's hot in PhR so not a big problem). Good location near many excellent family-run restaurants and plenty of cafes. Quite a walk to the beach but doable, or you can just rent a motorbike/cheap Grab.

A basic, but solid hotel. Everything like the shower, fan and aircon worked. Bed was comfy enough. Staff were pleasant. Near to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My bicycle was secure in the Reception area.

I loved the quirky decor in the room, star snd moon cut outs on the ceiling. Everything is as it should be...quiet, comfortable, good wifi. Some other reviews say its not where it should be on googlemaps ....not in my case, so must hsve been corrected.. Easy to locate anyways, it's well signposted.

It would gave been nice to have more than just a little trash bin by the toilet. And the staff could have been a bit more attentive to checking if we needed the room cleaned or trash taken away. Although we did say "no" when asked on the first day if we needed the room cleaned, that should not mean that that "no" applied throughout our 5 day stay. And although we gave them the key to clean the room on day 4, they did not make up the bed nor empty the trash; they only left water and new towels.

The room was very spacious and nicely equipped; so too the bathroom re toiletries.

Facilities is new and in good condition. The area has a lot of restaurants.

The window faced onto the next buildings' windows three metres away

Comfortable bed with clean linen. Good hot water. Location close to main road but set back in quiet street. No elevator but the exercise is good for you. This was my second time at this hotel. Would stay again for sure next time in Phan Rang.

Water on bathroom floor did not drain off easilly.

Large clean room , bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water. Quiet locality. Comfortable mattress with clean bedding. Magnetic key card. Soundproofing good not perfect.

Room is not super well sound-proofed. Design of room architechture is so so.

Cleanliness and no lift so had to walk up and down to the 3rd floor all the time.

The room had a very strong wet/humid smell, it was so humid the bed and pillows felt wet which was very unpleasant. The pillows were very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. A mix of different childlike wallpaper and the room felt run down. The button on the shower that is suppose to make the water go through the shower head instead of the tap didn't stay up by itself so you had to hold it when showering.

Shower was great. Location was great. Staff was very helpful. This hotel is located in a very quiet Nook that is close to coffee and Food Shops. The staff was really kind and helped us book buses

Mr.Nguyen Anh Tuan was incredibly helpful and has arranged that we have got back the tablet which we forgot on the train! Vietnamese are so honest!!
