The hotel is very comfortable and located in a great area away from the busiest part of the city center but still close to restaurants and attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's convenient to have a cafe, pool, and spa onsite. However, if you’re on a low floor, it can be very loud at night.

Nothing …. Great Hotel

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and would definitely come back again. We were again in a 3 week motorbike adventure throughout Vietnam and picked this hotel again because it had everything that we needed pool, good breakfast, laundry service, quite central but far enough away from the main noise / centre, free secure parking for our motorbikes and free use of cycles to explore on a more leisurely pace. The location was good and the staff were excellent. They took us as an emergency booking after previous accommodation fell through.

The room was clean and cozy. The swimming pool was nice and very peaceful. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly. I had to leave quite early so I could not attend breakfast. However the staff had made me an extensive breakfast package.

The hospitality at Aurora Riverside Hoi An Hotel was spectacular!! The nicest and most accommodating staff I have ever met. The rooms are really beautifully. Also the breakfast was amazing, good selection of fruits, veggies, baked goods and hot dishes. In addition you can also order dishes like pancakes, Bun, Pho and eggs for free.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Aurora Riverside Hoi An, the hotel is very nice and wonderful, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly, I really like the breakfast, very diverse and changes every day. I will continue to choose Aurora Hoi An for my next trip.

The property has several restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is really clean and breakfast buffet has lots of choices.The staff were also really accommodating and it was easy to book tours through the hotel staff. Will definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in Hoi An.

The rooms were cleaned and the staff was great. Our plane landed around midnight and we booked the airport transfer thru the hotel - a very convenient way to go from the airport to the hotel especially if you are visiting Hoi An for the first time. The breakfast was delicious with enough dishes to try. Special thanks to all the staff especially the front of manager Vinh who looked after us.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the services – including the free bike rentals and shuttle bus – made getting around so easy. The spa was also a real highlight, offering a great way to unwind. A special mention to the hotel’s café, Dirty Lips – the drinks were delicious, and the view of the river and street was beautiful. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The free bicycle was a nice touch, making it easy to explore the area at my own pace. I also appreciated the free shuttle bus service to Hoi An Old Town, which was very convenient for getting around. The spa experience was a highlight – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Definitely a place I’d consider returning to!

I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Aurora Riverside Hotel Hoi An, with its beautiful river views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The location is also perfect for exploring both the city and nearby beaches.

Breakfast, swimming pool, staff, location close enough to most things but also far enough away to be peaceful, secure underground parking for our motorcycles, free cycles subject to availability, to explore at our leisure. We had a 3 bed 🛌 room as were on a lads motorcycle adventure through Vietnam and this hotel ticked all the boxes would definitely stay again😉👍🏻

Clean and lovely place. Friendly and helpful staffs. Can use their bicycle to go around. Beautiful riverside. Definitely will recommend this hotel. I had a great time here during the lunar new year.
