Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanThe first room had no hot water, the staff tried hard to change another room for me. The second room had hot water but a bit smaller and mounds all over on wall. Also the sound isolation didn't work at all. No breakfast Price is way higher than those on booking if you want VAT invoice. Besides those, the others is good.

We were able to get to many locations and food spots we wanted to even by walking so that's a big plus. Room-wise, it's spacious and clean, and there's a really regal feel to the interior. Staff is also super helpful and polite, and set up birthday decorations on request. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're back in Hanoi!

JapanThere was a problem with payment. The female receptionist allowed me to check in without giving sufficient guidance, so I mistakenly thought that I had paid at that time. At the time of check-out, I apologized and left the place because I could not remember whether I had paid or not and because my flight time was approaching. Foreigners cannot understand Vietnamese. I want you to understand simple English (the range used by tourists). Especially the male receptionist. The room was clean, so I'm very sorry that there was a problem with communication. I almost missed my international flight.
