Very new hotel with high quality facilities. Staffs are friendly. I visited during low season so the vibes was calm and relaxing. There was only me and my boyfriend chilling on the pool, perfect pool view by the way. The Akasha restaurant is worth a try.

We visited Poseido Hotel during what was clearly a busy summer travel season for Vietnamese people, and while crowded, the hotel managed the influx of guests admirably. Coming from Saigon, we've seen our share of packed destinations, but Poseido stood out by ensuring all our needs were met. Staff was very friendly and went out their way to help us, our room was both spacious and felt brand new, and the infinity pool provided a truly breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet offered good value. A definite highlight was the Akasha Chinese Restaurant – the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and it's a must-try!

The room was clean, bedsheets and linens were also clean, staff was nice and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be able to take a shower after the tour and before night transportation, although there was some confusion with the shower at first, but then it got resolved.

The property was a tad removed from the town and eating options, although it was off season and perhaps more options would have been available at a different time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the tub in the bathroom was quite nice. Staff was kind and helpful.

We stayed during the off season so the beach area was a little quiet. Hotel rooms are large with expansive views of the ocean. The on site restaurant was up with the best restaurants we’ve been to in Vietnam (highly recommend the duck).

The bathtub on the outdoor balcony is really great, but unfortunately it is not very hidden. People can see your bathtub from the left or right or upstairs. It's a pity.

The food options in the restaurant wasn’t great for a vegetarian. The food was ok, but not as tasty as I have eaten in other restaurants. Allowing people to smoke around the pool is very off putting when such a small area. The fitness facilities were ok but quite basic.

The staff were amazing, bar and lounge lovely. Pool view was really lovely.

While it's located directly at the beach, there is not much going on in the off season. This may sound like peace and quiet, but it rather had a creepy and deserted vibe. I went back inside after two minutes and I'm a big beach person. I've never felt so lost at such an extensive breakfast buffet and I'm aware that it's not unusual in South East Asia to offer very hearty food for breakfast, but I really struggled to find something l liked and I'm usually not picky.

High quality facilities throughout. The room was top notch, nicely designed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, there is a fitness room and a play room right next to the spacious roof top pool. Staff was friendly, but seemed rather inexperienced and awkward at times.

There is no shower. No shower curtain or glass wall to prevent water splashing when you shower. We had to sit on a bathtub to shower done.

The hotel is a distance from the city centre. A good half hour walk.

The ocean view suite was spacious with really comfy beds. We had a great view of the ocean & the sunrise was spectacular. The staff were very attentive & helpful, they assisted us with storing our luggage late into the day we checked out.

We had ran into a 1% rare instance where the cans in the fridge had fallen and when the door was closed the cans blocked the fridges ability to close and the cans had push up onto the glass causing fracturing in the glass. This appeared to be a structural fault with the integrity of the sloped lay out of the base where the cans sit which make them easily fall over and a fault with the the integrity of the glass to handle the pressure of the cans pushing up against it. Staff had tried to hold me mostly liable for this and I considered it unfair. If Toyota builds a car with a bad axel and the driver is driving and the axel fails because the driving was driving the car would it be the consumers fault or would the consumer have to pay to repair the axel? I don't think so, Toyota would recall have taken place to rectify the issue. In this instance I was forced to pay 50% of repair costs which i believe was not fair but had done it because the staff said he would be forced to pay for the of it out of his money.

Staff were attentive and accommodation.
