We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ThailandLocation is super close to Phu Quoc night market, just only few steps. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable. Room has a small balcony, can take a look around to see some boats. Will come again !!!

The owner was such a sweetheart and upgraded our room at no cost after 4 out of 10 days in. The room was great and had a nice view of the ocean and sunset. They provide amenities at no extra cost, very generous and really take care of their guests!

Room and location perfect. Underground garage for your ($5 a day) scooter rental there. Super helpful day staff. Owner speaks English well. Right next to night market.

Owner Anna and Thuy on reception were both amazing and extremely helpful. The location right next to the night market meant lots of cheap food choices. The place was spotless, scooter hire only $5 and laundry super-quick. It even had views and a lift (elevator). Booked for one night and stayed for four! The best hotel on my trip so far. Highly recommended.
