Need to improve Wi-Fi, connection should be seamless when walking around the hostel.

Pool was great, also had a luggage storage area that is monitored with cameras if you need to leave it there after check out awaiting flight or other travel plans.

First property in Vietnam that had ever asked for a bond, 800,000 vnd, with no receipt or guarantee we would get it back. We got it back but it’s not the point, it’s their word against ours, we booked 6 beds in a 6 bed dormitory, 1 top bunk had part of the roof all over it, no sheet, no pillow. We asked for extended check out, they agreee to 2pm before we arrived at the hostel, then at 12:58 the day of check out they told us we have to check out at 1pm (in 2 minutes), half of us were out in the city. They had miscommunication as it was a different staff each day, “we don’t do late check out here, that must have been a new staff member” luckily I had written proof on messages on booking.com, they then apologised after they checked our messages later on which I’m happy for, but also didn’t need to be a problem in the first place. My sister slipped and fell over walking out of the pool stairs as the last step turns to tiles and was SOOO slippery it felt like there was soap on it! My partners foot also went through the side of the pool where the overflow water goes down… Also we paid for 6 adults including breakfast, they would only let us get 4 meals for the breakfast included… also doesn’t include a juice or anything only instant coffee or tea. Which no one feels like when it’s 33° 🥲

Honestly all the staff were amazing but Hai went out of his way to help me when the storm was coming. He gave me loads of good alternatives and deserves my thanks!

Super friendly staff and owner, they went the extra mile to accommodate guests and help me out with stuff to do in hanoi and also moving on to my next location.

Awesome place, with a little Pool at the rooftop which is so nice for the weather in Hanoi! Also free beer from 19-20, the facilities were great and also the staff very friendly. They have good breakfast!

The price for the coffee, wish is not included in the breakfast is kind of expensive and at the end you pay for the whole breakfast but it is still ok!

Check-in was very fast and easy. The hostel organizes an even each day of the week.

The pool was very nice and perfect after a stressful day in the loud streets of Hanoi. The shower was really nice Breakfast was also really good Free beer, not my favorite but hey free

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid this hostel I had a very unpleasant stay at Quiri Hostel Hanoi and would not recommend it to anyone. The shower tap broke late at night, and while I immediately informed the staff, they simply told me to leave it as it was. The next morning, the entire floor was flooded. Unfortunately, the lockers were placed under the beds, so all my belongings, including important documents and my laptop got soaked through while still in my backpack. I was promised a refund on the spot, but it never came. No follow-up, no apology, just broken promises. Breakfast was minimal; just a small piece of omelette. and the air conditioning only runs for a few hours at night, making the rooms hot and uncomfortable the rest of the time. This was an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere for a more professional and respectful environment.

The beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, simple breakfast, and it had a nice rooftop. The staff was also great. Hai immediately made me feel super welcomed as soon as I arrived and I really enjoyed having him at the hostel.

I wish there was coffee included in the breakfast, otherwise it was great
