We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

VietnamThe bed sheet is not so clean. There is no toilet paper roll in the room. During the sleep, I could hear noises, even though I'm a heavy sleeper.
The location is nice, close to Tan Dinh market and in District 1, easy to reach places. Staffs are friendly, room is furniture and private.

VietnamRed Flower Hotel had pricing dispute/disagreement with Agoda over our new 6 days booking (fully paid for & non-cancellable). Instead of settling this dispute or matter with Agoda, they ask my wife to vacate her room and ask us to cancel our Agoda booking! Even though it is stated non cancellable booking, they assured us that Agoda will refund us the money. Who to believe? Red Flower Hotel is not Agoda. My wife is not Agoda. They should solve any pricing dispute with Agoda. Not push it to the customer!! Very bad!
The only reason my wife stayed at this hotel is because my wife is attending a course at a school just a short walking distance from this hotel. There are no daily drinking bottle water given. Most hotel do at least give 2 bottles of drinking water per day. There should be hotels around that offer vnd350,000 or less in this area but not for last minute booking. This hotel had pricing disagreements with our new booking with Agoda & instead of settling the dispute with Agoda themselves, they asked my wife to vacate her room & look for last minute accomodation elsewhere. Last minute bookings with any hotels, all prices are up! Where can my wife go to?? It is only because this hotel is near to her school which is why we stayed this location.

VietnamRed Flower Hotel had some pricing dispute with Agoda. Fully paid upon booking, we booked for another 6 nights stay with this hotel through Agoda. Instead of settling the problem or issue with Agoda, they asked us to cancel our booking and look for a last minute hotel (all hotels increased their prices for instant last minute booking). The only reason why my wife stayed at this hotel is because it is beside her school. This hotel management is very unreasonable toward us. We got our booking confirmation and receipt fully paid and yet they ask my wife who's there alone to vacate their premises!
We did 3 booking for about 15 nights stay with this hotel because it's near to a school my wife is going to. Everything was ok until they tried to cancel our latest booking (fully paid for) with this same hotel with Agoda. They asked us to leave this hotel and to find another hotel at last minute. All last minute hotel booking prices has increased. So my wife who's alone there, what is she to do? Desparation and frustration. This is a matter with Agoda and Red Flower Hotel if they have any pricing disagreement. Don't ask customer to settle problem which is between Agoda and Red Flower Hotel.
