Pool doesn't exist, there is something that is looks like pool but it's actually fountain that is green, dirty and full of alges, and imposible to swim there. Tables in room are so small and metal that when you order the food you don't have where to put plates. Terrace is completely empty and there's nowhere to sit or enjoy. We took the room with the lake view, but they put us in upper hotel where we had forest in front of our room so we almost didn't see the lake because of trees.

Hotel Romeo & Juliet is on amazing location, just next to lake, in very peaceful neighborhood. Bit far from center, but if you want to rest its right place for you. It's really nice and comfortable to sleep and rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are also big and clean. Staff is very nice and affordable, and breakfast is nice.

If you have a swimming pool but not maintained, and with no information that it was not possible to use - then you shouldn’t list the swimming pool as an available feature at booking.com with nice looking pictures. It is really disappointing to arrive at the hotel and you have to tell your kids ….ooohhh by the way the hotel hasn’t a swimming pool available after all

It is located along way from the city centre so extra cost to travel anywhere. Breakfast is meagre, fried eggs and bread or a bowl of noodles, coffee terrible, no juice. If you want any other food you need to give 4 hours notice as it is delivered from somewhere. Very little to do, beautiful area but no attractions within walking distance. The hotel info says “your personal bar attendant will fill the minibar each day” never say anyone which was ok as no mini bar to fill forget about a cold drink in your room. Advertised a swimming pool, the small pond looked particularly green I don’t think fish would survive let alone a swim. Disappointing only stayed 2 night before moving on.

No fridge in room . No A/C in room . Water pressure shower low . TV remotes didn't work , TV channels non . Basically only You tube. Breakfast choice of either eggs or Noodles . No buffet breakfast. I wouldn't stay again .

The pool was filthy and has frogs living in it. The outdoors could use a good high pressure clean. Smoking near the entrance wasn't nice as the smell wafted up to our room. Noise from neighbours was prevalent.

We loved the location and views. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

It‘s like the pictures. The room is spacious and clean. The view to the lake is wonderful. I enjoy sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and looking at the lake. It’s so relaxing. The surrounding area is also very green and beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

1. Booked king room with lake view. But the room given to us is in another building, so called their member villa, walking down another 5 minutes from reception building. The tall trees blocked lake view. They insist it is lake view, but actually it is not. Felt we were deceived. 2. No English communication in the hotel. Communicated with people there by short English word with hand writing. 3. No customer service in the isolated building. No facial tissue at the room, so we asked them to bring it. They brought napkin. 4. No inter-phone working in the room for contacting reception or room service. 5. Disgusting smell from bath room. Seems the smell comes from water drain. 6. Worst breakfast ever had. Just two options, spicy noodle(spicy noodle in the morning) and burnt toast with cold fried eggs. 7. Asked the person in reception in the last night of our stay for taxi booking leaving the hotel early in the morning. Told we will check out at 6:20 am and asked them to book taxi for us at 6:30 am leaving hotel right after check out. Communicated it by hand writing. But the person in reception in the morning knows nothing about taxi booking. So we left the hotel later than schedule and almost missed air flight home. 8. Wanted to have a relax, but ruined the trip due to due to their careless customer service and blocked lake view room. 9. Seems they are not ready for having guests from non Vietnamese language speakers.
