Kiting Town has a great location right on the lagoon beach.The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.Good value for money. I was there for 15 days, and I was able to ride every day.That being said, you MUST check the tide for the dates you will be there. If high tide happens to be at midnight, there is a good chance the lagoon will have no water during the day.Check with one of the local kite schools to ensure the tide is in the correct phase for the time you will be at MyHoa. Roxy is the owner of the hotel , and she is quite a character. Tell her Philip says hi.

Location location location. Right on the beach. Kite boy to launch and land the kite. Good value . Yes I would stay here again .

Had an amazing time here! The rooms are clean, the staff is so nice and the equipment for kite surfing is great! Also the food is amazing and the location is the best in town, I would defenatelly come back to this place!

Not really anything to do except kitesurf.

Location right on the kitesurfing beach was awesome. I am a beginner that was looking for a few refresher lessons and the onsite kitesurfing instructor was great. The staff was extremely helpful. Restaurant was solid. My basic room was normal and comfortable.

Perfect location to learn how to kite and relax by the sea. The hosts were extremely welcoming and the amenities were great value for the price. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again!

The sup boat is not enough for many visitors one time but we enjoyed the moment with family there :)

The BBQ in night is really delicious, fresh and will be served until we are full. I have a 18-month baby who only could eat soft, mashed food. I got a massive support on prepare food for him.

Off season, Phan Rang can be quite hot without the wind, but it’s still perfect to explore nearby experiences such as snorkeling or hiking to the waterfall.

The lagoon is shallow and dry at low tide so you need to plan your day around that. Not a very lively area, just a few resorts on the beach and a small shop and road side restaurant, you'll need transport to get anywhere, the resort was happy to arrange scooters/taxis for us.

We were not the typical guests, it's probably a perfect spot if all you want to do is kiting. Helpful staff, very capable instructor, reasonably priced food with western options. We arrived at the end of the season, better enquire in advance. We did a few excursions (Phan Rang city, Vinh Hy village), it felt rather off the beaten track.
