Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean and small bottles of water were provided for free each day. There is a small but very clean swimming pool on the roof and only 5 minute walk from the beach making this a really convenient hotel to explore Da Nang.

Everything was so perfect that I was sad I only booked one night at this small but such an amazing hotel. Staff is next level friendly. The hotel is new as far as I can judge so facilities, rooms and public areas are fresh and immaculately clean. The triple deluxe room was spacious enough. The breakfast was good enough for my picky eating kids.

Very noisy if you have inconsiderate guests that want to make noise in the corridors. Very busy at breakfast, can be hard to get a table.

Very cramped room. The cleaning of the room was done very poorly, perhaps due to the lack of space, as our things were everywhere. The breakfast was meager, but you won't go hungry. Overall, it's not critical because there are many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything you need is nearby. There’s an excellent view of the city and a bit of the sea from the window. Street noise was not audible, but sounds from the corridor could be heard, though it wasn't critical. The hotel staff were always helpful and very polite. The bed linens and towels were clean, and the bathroom was good.

The beds are so hard for my preference (woke up with an aching back). Otherwise, I would rate our stay with a score of 10.

Property is located near the My Khe beach with steps away from many restaurants. Rooms are large and clean. They also offer complimentary breakfast with so many good selections of local cuisine. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Economy room is without a window and it's a connecting room. The hotel should mention this in the room description to avoid misunderstanding!

Location was very close to the beach and everything. The staff who checked us in was not so friendly or helpful, but in the afternoon staff was very helpful, friendly and service with the smile. The room we booked had no window and it was a connecting room!!! and we only found out upon cheking in because it did not mention in the room description when we book it. The hotel should add more information about this Economy room.

Lighting at the corridor is kinda creepy. It's using motion sensor to light up, giving me some kind of feeling 😜 especially when came out from the elevator 😂

However, because there is a bar near the hotel, the bass from the music can be heard in the room (I stayed in a room facing the street), so those who are sensitive to noise should take note

*Scent of the room, which is overwhelming for my personal taste. They showed me to another vacant room but it's the same through out. *Roof top pool is petit, they need more housekeeping in order to keep the public toilet next to it to be usable.

*Comfy bed to my standards, clean linen, extra towel without extra charges. *No fuss and great communication regarding housekeeping in print and explained early on with my late check in. *Had to adjust my expectations if come from 1st world country, since it's my first visit of the country. *Nice to enjoy nice long showers since I had the room all to my self. * Forgot to lock up my luggage but didn't lose my valuables.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good value for money. Small pool - different as you would think after seeing the pics. Very good location. Rooms - big, nice, the floors could be cleaned up more often (after few minutes walking barefoot, my son’s feet were black).
