The pool is compact but nice and relaxing. Affordable and plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket for snacks and drinks. The bus from can tho drops you off along a Main Street and it was a short 15 minute walk to the hotel. Motorbike rental at 150,000 VND per day. Wonderful staff who helped my friend and I book a bus to Saigon for 145,000 vnd each including pickup at the hotel. There was hot water in the shower

Stayed here for the second time, and I’m impressed again! The service is consistent, the rooms are clean, and it’s in a great location. Highly recommend.

It is a new hotel so everything is fresh & clean. Close to Vincom shopping centre for all your needs & the small rooftop pool is an added bonus as you get great views of Vinh Long. The room was the VIP room which was large & had a juliet balcony with a sweet view. Everything provided & staff are friendly accomodating to help you with your needs & welcoming

Maybe consider remove the bathtub coz be honest, no body uses bathtub ever at a hotel. The bathtub adds on difficulty when we shower, getting in and out is hard and the fear of slipping causes anxiety. Aside from that, overall we enjoyed staying at Ruby, will recommend to our friends and come back.

Not much to say about the downside.

Good WiFi speed, one of few hotels in Vinh Long that has hot water. Very friendly and helpful service. Comfortable room with bath. Hotel is behind the main street therefore quite quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with very comfortable room Hotel is in good location on the main street. There are many restaurants all within walking distance and the local people are so friendly and welcoming.There is almost zero English spoken here but translator works really well.. Vinh Long is a good place to spend a couple of days if you want a break from Saigon

The divisions between rooms all but eliminated any possibility of a sound barrier resulting in unavoidable spillover of neighbors in their room.

Warm, kind & welcoming Staff, from charming helpful receptionists to friendly cleaning crew. Very comfortable room, authentic location within a neighborhood offering good food options and walkable to more options within the core of the city. A nice pool and terrace for lounging and taking a breather from Aprils baking weather.

Ruby hotel was great, Clean rooms with all comfort. The pool has an amazing view Really close for a few restaurants and shops. Walking distance for the boardwalk I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff.

A chair or something similar for two people would be nice. We had the room directly on the elevator and it was loud, but during the night it was quiet.

The pool area isn’t really finished or open and not of a decent standard and certainly not family friendly.

A clean, bright, modern hotel with very helpful staff who not only booked bus and boat ride tickets for us but even called to remind us of the taxi pick up.

Despite saying 2 complimentry bottles of water on their information sheet tricking us into thinking the ones in the fridge were complimentry, they were not, pillows were like bags of cement, not nice at all, some of the pool furniture was broken and the furniture in the dining area on the roof has seen better days

The staff reached out in advance via WhatsApp to welcome us, it was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, there was good water pressure in the shower, the fridge worked really well and the roof top pool was nice.
