This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, each time I extended my stay, the 2 girls on reception go above and beyond to help you, truly amazing, rooms are spotless clean, beds are very comfortable, I will definitely be back again.

Hotel was absolutely spotless, amazing cleaner came in every day, the girls on reception were brilliant, told me where best to eat, drink, even organised my travel onwards for me, nothing was too much for them, definitely will return.

Toilet inside the bath zone, that is why everything in a water, includes toilet paper (wet). The pillows is too soft and small, the bad is too hard. Noise outside on the morning (dogs barked and men carried out construction materials). Maybe if you don't open the window it will be better. Light outside on the balcony and near the windows. I couldn't find where is possible to turn off.

Service very good, the best service have i ever seen. Super friendly staff. Hot water, a lot of space for our belongings. Room is big and silent inside the house.

1. Cars cannot go into the alleyway (only 100 metres) and Grab drivers do not know the location as there is no signage. 2. Can't turn off the light on the balcony at night, so have to fully draw the curtains and cannot get the morning sun at sunrise. 3. Cash only.

Jade was extremely helpful and gave me suggestions of what local food to eat around the area and sights to see. Location is a bit far from the centre, but in a quiet local residential area, 5 minutes walk from the Golden Buddha Statue. Clean and new.

This place is super clean and feels very new. The lady who runs the place was fabulous going above and beyond for us on all counts. Great shoerwing facilities. Affordable amenities such as bikes and in house laundry etc. Location was quiet and tranquil and close enough to the town but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle.

Perfect budget accommodation close to Love Valley. The staff were super supportive and gave me the best experience ever. I borrow 01 helmet for 02 days. The forgotten ATM card was sent directly to my address in HCMC in 01 day after my departure.

Some of the restaurants nearby, the waiters won't know English so ordered more food than necessary and got charged more but this is nothing to do with the actual hotel

It was clean, the facilities were great and the views were nice too. Not too far from the bus station for a solo traveller. The staff are also really friendly and good for recommendations for things like cloud hunting etc

Look, one of the bed had bed bugs, which is not uncommon in the country but made it annoying to deal with. We went and bought some bug spray to spray the bed with which seemed to do the job

Friendly staff and clean room. Is located outside the main part of the city so it was a lot quieter which was nice.

The shower couldn't be exchanged for hot water although the weather is too cold.

The property is totally clean, new, modern, apart from the shower (couldn't use hot water) 😞. Good enough facilities (electric kettle, hair dryer), well prepared coffee and tea. This place is located in a location quite far from the center, suitable for someone who wants peace, or doesn't like noise.

Mat outside the toilet is not changed, which is a bit gross. There is no socket near the bed.

Single room has limited view from the balcony, but that’s alright.
