The owner and staff were rude. The owner was money minded and didn't accept the request to keep luggage in the lobby even for a minute after checkout. The staff was extremely rude and yelled at me when I requested help to bring my trolley from the third floor to the ground floor. The dormitory bathroom was not clean enough.

The property was in the city centre. The double rooms were spacious and clean.

People smoking all day and at night in the staircase , strong smell of cigaret getting into your room Quite noisy, loud speaking in front of your room. Get your door locked at all time when you’re inside, one guy opened the door of our room « by mistake »

toilets are not clean. It should be cleaner. Also its so small, that a person would not be able to sit properly on the toilet seat.

Staff were helpful but not welcoming. I stayed here for a few days and saw them whenever I went in and out and never got even a smile. It was obvious that they didn't care for my experience. I got the private room, which was priced like other private rooms in the area. Except this one was significantly worse than my other stays. There was a half full cup of coke in the cupboard. A roll of toilet paper and a plastic spoon next to the fridge. It appeared hastily cleaned. They were kind enough to let me check in early, which was nice of them. But when I got there the bathroom floor was soaking wet, presumably from the previous guests shower or from cleaning. I get that bathroom floors get wet when the shower is used, but if they cared they would make sure it's dry for the next person. Also there was no light in the bathroom. I usually don't judge too harshly in reviews. I get that sometimes facilities aren't perfect and I get what I pay for. All I ask is that the person running the place cares. At least enough to double check the room.

The staff shouted at me when I asked their help to bring my trolley from the third floor to reception. Then he was ramming my trolley harshly through the stairs and was yelling. The dormitory toilet was not clean.

The locality is very good. Walkable to the city centre attractions. The private double room and its bathroom was spacious and clean as shown in the pictures. I got a nice sleep. There was not much noise in the night. I was planning to give it a higher rating because of the room and location, however due to the staff behaviour I have to reduce the rating.
