It doesn’t isolate much sound, so you need to be lucky with the other guests that you will have next door. But all in all for the price paid, it was ok!

We booked this room because we did the trekking activity and left our big backpacks in the room for a couple of days. The meeting point for the trek was around the corner at the church. The value for the room was great. The staff is very friendly and nice. It is in a great location close to the plaza, restaurants and shops. For the cold weather they do have an electric heating blanket. They provide water bottles too. Our room was on the 5th floor and we used the stairs I don’t think there’s an elevator/lift.

Location is superb, minutes walk to Sun Plaza, Sapa Church, the Arena, abundant of shops, eateries. Many taxi, Grab car & even motorcycle drivers awaiting near the church if you need them to fetch you to any destination. 20mins walking distance to Bus station (to Hanoi), The hostel is clean, and pretty much worth the price, really. The one I stayed in has a balcony that oversees the mountain, and also BB Hotel /Sun Plaza. What else can you ask for?

The only thing that could be improved was the matter of cleanliness as the bedsheets were not very clean as well as basic toiletries were missing from the bathroom.

It was on a very good central location and the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. Aldo the rooms had a very nice view as indicated in the photos.

The shower was often lukewarm or cold even when turned to hot /after running the water for a little while. This was only a minor inconvenience and didn't bother us too much.

The location is handy, nearby to the main square, cafes and restaurants. The room itself was basic but had everything we needed for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and we happy to store our bags on our final day after checkout.

My room was at the 5th floor with no elevator. Had to climb up and down with all my luggage via stairs.

It is good value for money.

The name of street was wrong on booking so be careful to confirm this with the property. I thought it was close to bus station. Then the taxi driver had to call the hotel to get the directions. Flight of stairs but they help you to bring the suitcase upstairs. Please note that most of bathrooms do not have a shower curtain or glass door so the barroom gets wet. Don’t be surprised this is common in VN

This is not an hostel, but an hotel Homestay like. So the name can be misleading. Well located in a side street so easy to get around but not having traffic noise. They speak English and they are helpful. Room is small and basic as furniture but ok. They also provide you with heat blanket in case you are cold. Close to a nice place to have a cheap binh mi and nice egg coffee in the morning which was delicious I spent four nights there and it was peaceful and nice.

Bathroom was quite old, could need maintenance.

Reception lady was so lovely and helpful. We needed to extend our stay several times because of illness, and there was no issues whatsoever. Great location with views of the mountain (when not foggy). Big room. Great with electric heating blankets.

No lift and to get the best views you need to be up at least 5th floor. But that nothing really.

For me this a great place to stay. Nice comfortable bed and cozy bed spread. Big window and nice balcony to look at the view from. Bathroom was small but the best shower I have had this trip. The staff are so kind and friendly ready to help when ever they can. I could easily come back again.

Steps 😭😭😭. The hostel doesn't have an lift and you have to take the stairs to the room.. Our room was on the 4th floor so it was very tiring to climb up all those steps.

We like this hostel because its just few steps from fansipan. The hostel is easy to find once you see it. It's comfortable and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. If you arrive early there is a place where you can keep your bags and rest. We arrived very early in the morning and we were allowed to check in early. Thank goodness for the hostel..

I've given this very good on everything as it's a 1 star hostel but completely exceeded our expectations. perfect cheap stay with great hosts and super nice. even offered to keep our stuff whilst we trekked fansipan for free

The place is cozy and comfortable and clean. The staff are genuinely nice, thank you to Luan and Van (hope I got their names right). They were so kind to give me advice were to do my shopping to get the best deal, places to visit and help me carry my luggage up to my room as there is no lift. Basic things were also provided like hair dryer and toiletries.

Great location, everything you need within walking distance. There is a balcony and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The staff is very attentive and helped me in a difficult situation. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, and in the room there is a kettle, hair dryer, bed heater and fan. The toilet and shower room is small, but the water pressure is excellent and the water heater works quickly. WiFi was good, room was clean and cozy. In my opinion, this is the best deal for that budget. I will be happy to come back!
