I’ve booked a VIP room with lake view, but there are 2 small windows with broken furniture, so they can’t be closed, so we had to stand loud music and drunk karaoke later until 1am. A room with the window on the opposite side of the hotel is a better choice.

Pretty good location in the middle of Phan Chu Trinh street. Clean bed linings and towels, as well as bathroom. Hot water, A/C, TV-set and small fridge.

The only downside was that because of the rainy weather the water was warm but not hot. Almost most hotels in Vietnam have solar water heating system. I just accept it.

The room was clean. The safe box was inside. It was working .The room was without window, but it was not a problem. There were no foreign smells in the room. In the room there was a kettle, glasses, a refrigerator and free water two bottles. Despite the lack of a window, I knew about it in advance. I slept quite well and calmly. I will be glad to return to this hotel again.

The hotel had a problem with their water pump so the shower was a bit weak one morning. Wifi wasn’t good.

The staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. The rooms weren’t fancy but exceptionally clean.

Suddenly water suppling broke down for a couple of hours in the morning, but it’s not a big problem, because it’s good time for a walk along the seaside.

It’s one of a few budget hotels/rooms that was perfectly clean - both: toilet/shower and the bed. The room was big enough to stay there for a couple of days and even more.

Very good budget sleep with big rooms and attentive reception staff. A little away from the beaches and crowd (less noisy too) yet close to main street with full of good food.

Poor quality analog TV channels, not much in English. Unacceptable in 2023.

In 2023 TV has only analogue channels with poor picture quality and not much in English. In fact when you click on List (of channels) it shows you about 200 of Digital channels but there is no access to them. And... complicated way of switching On TV. There is no real window but it didn't worry me as I spent little time in the room. I cut one * because of TV.

Quiet little street, 4min. walk to main road. Very clean place, room. Bed? Nice to sleep in it. Good quality, nice, solid dark timber furniture, minibar, hairdryer, safe, plenty of lights. Perfect, clean bathroom with excellent rain head shower. Shower gel, shampoo. Lift. Friendly and helpful Reception.
