You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BulgariaWe paid extra for a room with a sea view but all we got was concrete and building site so I wouldn't recommend that.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful, spoke good English too. We enjoyed the facilities and food at the restaurant as well. It's close to the port if you need to catch a ferry.

AustraliaAircon wasn’t on in advance of us arriving so it was very hot in the room for around an hour until it finally started to cool down. Aircon can only be on when you are in the room - which I do understand is to conserve power but will mean room will be very uncomfortable for the first while you are in there. Beds were not awful but very hard, if you have a worse back than I do you may struggle.
Staff were lovely - we arrived late after our flight and they quickly checked us in and helped with our bags. Walking distance to the Rach Gia ferry. Clean room.

United KingdomSmall room with no balcony. No restaurant. Breakfast was barely adequate. Not a single member of staff could speak a word of English. Location is awful, it's adjacent to a large building/civil engineering project. No access to the sea. Sparse amenities. The whole area is like an unfinished project. The photos show the view from my room.
One of the staff was very pleasant.
