lovely hotel, and pool area, which upon arrival we were told was closed, however they had arranged use of a pool next door, and this helped. The pool did open a few days after arrival and was very nice.

It was noisy on weekends. because of the construction site. The hotel rooms are in need of renovation and do not match the photos. The price is high enough for such a place.

This is a nice hotel with a wonderful view of the sea. It was comfortable for me to rest in it for 2 nights. I liked the breakfast and attitude from the staff.

Lots of stairs. (Required to get view) Not beachfront (beach was 20 min walk), but was waterfront. Buffet brekky was not comparable to other 4star hotels we had been in. Very light on. (But, the hotel was nearly empty. So, how do they provide more). Used the restaurant below. Their own buffet room was closed.

The pool was great. Had a reasonable view. Staff were friendly. Was very quiet (there midweek) Had pool to ourselves.

The hotel was worn, part of the shower was broken. The rooms aren't very sound proof. Other customers/ children were up at 5am shouting down the corridor. There was a wedding party one of the nights with karaoke and the pool was dirty in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me get a motorbike and also helped me when it broke down. The room was huge and spacious. The resort was a 5 minute walk uphill from the ferry. The breakfasts were brilliant. From Vietnamese food to western/European breakfast, fresh eggs/omelette was served as well as pho.

The hotel seems like it needed maintenance already 10 years ago. The walls were full of black spots from oldness, not a single door closed or opened properly, and there every piece of furniture was clearly damaged. The worst part: there was NO water for the whole evening and night. In the morning there was water, but it was cold. We had to take a cold and quick shower in the morning; and the bathtub was not an option due to the cold water. Also very bad: the toilet didn’t flush the whole evening and night. The breakfast was very bad as well. Most of the food that was served was cold. I ordered an omelette and it was already premade, so the chef only made it hot (still cold inside). Coffee was cheap and tasteless. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this hotel. This is not at all worth 4-stars, and not at all worth the ‘suite’ I booked and paid for. I wouldn’t even give it 2 stars.

The staff are always outstanding and so friendly. Great pool, very clean and relaxing setting. Close enough to back beach but far enough from the crowds Several excellent Vietnamese restaurants within 100m of hotel. A great hospitality and friendly hotel.

I haven't thought about the worse things.

the spaces were large, clean and beautiful. From my room's balcony, the view was full arounded by moutain, sea and the city there. Especially, i terribly loved the bathroom with 3 areas for each other purposes. I was highly amazed by the bathtub where I could both taking shower and enjoying the beautiful scenary outside.

All the photos are outdated, so kind of false advertising. The breakfast was really lacking, no variety. If you say breakfast buffet, at least have options. Access to the rooms is a hike, would be bad for an older couple

The location is way off, long walking distance to town. We arrived to a hotel that almost seemed as if it was closed Down. Everything is very Old, and it is not cleaning they are speending their time on! We ledt before time, due to our disaointment of the hotel and the standard. It is not a Four star hotel anymore - Maybe only two!
