Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is so good and very close to Han river , Dragon bridge and Son Tra night market in 2 minutes. The owner are very kind and very helpful. The room is so big and very clean, very comfortable and bed is soft . The room same as photo . Free drinking water and no extra charge to keep my trolley in hotel after check out . Thanks a lot for your kindness and helpful to me . See you again 😍

ItalyI liked the guesthouse, the hosts and the location. The reason why I gave 8 is that I was waked up at 6.30 a.m. by guests who had just arrived. They were talking loud and laughing with the host just outside of my room. I understand that these people might not be aware of my presence, but the host should have warned them to shut up or should not have invited them to my floor.
The room on the 2nd floor (king room garden view) is somewhat small, but I could get an upgrade. I moved to the room on the 1st floor, which is larger. The whole house was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had a good pressure. Hosts are friendly and smiling..This guesthouse is very close to the night market and to the dragon bridge.

IndiaSoo you need not think a minute before booking this property. I’ve stayed in various hotels in Vietnam but this one’s the best. It’s right around the Dragon bridge and offers a great view. The family has my heart, they are so hospitable that you’ll feel like a part of their family from the minute you step in. The rooms, linen and the bathroom are squeaky clean, toiletries towels are all in place. You’ll get the cheaper beer here. Air conditioning worked well too! The rooftop is amazing and calm if you want to spend some lone time. As I said don’t spend a minute thinking. It’s a steal for the price, you will just love it.

Sena Homestay is in a perfect location. It is close to fantastic restaurants. An unbelievable seafood market is within walking distance. You just pick the seafood and they cook it for you!! You are 2 km away from My Khe beach. The family that owns it is beautiful. Sena Homestay has a rooftop balcony where you can sit and watch the Golden Dragon Bridge. I highly recommend this homestay.
