Super friendly family We didnt stay long but we found the room to be clean and confortable. Amazing value. Food market and Dragon bridge at walking distance.

The location of this place is very good! It's near the Dragon Bridge and the night market. So when go up to the rooftop, can see the dragon on the bridge, although it is partially blocked by other buildings. And it's also not far from the shops. In parts of the room, it seems nice for us, good bed and pillows is very support to sleep well. For the owner, he and his family is very cute. Because it is a homestay, so they take care of us like relatives. If need helps or anything, you can tell him or inform him via the app. It is very convenient!

By walking to the 4th floor, it maybe make some tired but it's still ok for us, and also we can go to the rooftop easily than others!

Pillows and mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Lots of light coming in the room makes it difficult to sleep.

A quiet lovely room, clean and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great location near the dragon bridge and the market. Feels very homey.

A bit smaller than it seems in the photos and a bit outdated but that is the charm.

We could not imagine a better place for staying in Da nang at. Khanh and his family are so welcoming and kind! They have a lot of helpful advices for restaurants and activities to do. It was possible to rent a scooter which was in an excellent shape. We had the room on the 4th floor, everything was perfect inside and the room has also air condition. The rooftop offers a great view over the city and also to the Dragon Bridge. Thank you Khanh for everything, may you and your family stay healthy. We will keep the time in your homestay in our hearts! Thank you!

The owners have paid good attention to detail, excellent place, better than a hotel with a roof top pool I stayed in which I paid another more before transferring. I wish I had come here first.

Pillows were hard but wouldn't stop me coming back.

We stayed up top with a outside roof garden. They were very helpful. It rained, and we had clothes airing, and they brought it in for us.

Quirky place at the top of a very narrow building with quite a few stairs. Everything worked, hot water was a bit temperamental but still did the job. Lovely staff and family. Close to the head of the Dragon and the Night Market.

Taxis had trouble finding us but they worked it out eventually.

Beautiful balcony with a nice view of the city, clean and comfortable room, steps away from the night market and cau rong (dragon bridge) very kind and accommodating hosts, made for a lovely stay in da nang!

For me it is in a great location, just on the Son Tra side (the head of the dragon) of the Dragon Bridge. That was I could walk easily across the bridge into the main town and go to the night market and beyond. Most important, apart from the invariable karaoke, all went quiet after 10pm. Staying with a kind and generous family who went above and beyond need. The house also has sweet terraces for sitting outside and other nice facilities. The bed in my room (at the top of the house) was great for my taste - wooden bed, thinnish mattress, and for me- the most comfortable pillows in Vietnam which actually aligned with my neck. Nice and thoughtful kitchen facilities for guests.

The fact that the view from the top terraces is rather blocked by a relative new construction opposite.

It's a very nice family house. The room has everything you need. The location is also very easy to reach everything. Clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen that we could use.

The host had locked the door when we returned at 23:00, but we called him and then he opened it.

Everything was very good for us. The host is a wonderful and honest family. Family that loves people, plants and animals. Clean room where I found everything I needed. The central area but also close to the beach. We will come back with great pleasure.

Very friendly staff.

The bathroom flooded during the first shower, and the water did not drain until morning. At night, you had to put on your shoes to go to the toilet, but you were still wet up to your ankles

Nice and cozy room. Pretty quiet so we finally got some sleep :) good location for night market which is 4 minutes by walk and at the same place is dragon bridge. We would stay again :)

You can see just a small part of dragon, but literally 1m Infront of this homestay is rooftop bar where you can watch dragon show. Not a biggie for us. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend! :)

I loved my stay here! The entire property is incredibly clean, tasteful and charming - filled with both plants and fish tanks, who the friendly, hospitable owners (Khanh and family) clearly have a passion for taking care of. Great location for arriving from the airport and visiting Dragon Bridge, the night market and surrounding areas, which contain a good mix of both tourist and local sights. The rooftop balcony is super relaxing and I can't understate how amazing the value of this place is. It's a shame I only stayed for 1 night and I would love to return!

The rooftop room provides some city view though the rooftop bar across the street can compromise privacy a little bit. There is no lift in the house so climbing up and down 4 floors can be difficult for some people. The family who runs the guesthouse is super nice. The location is not far from Dragon Bridge and night market. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful owner made us feel extremely "at home" the whole period of stay. So far this homestay/hotel that I ever stayed is the only one with smart TV.

The owner very friendly. Rooftop view although being block by neighbour, infront only can see middle until tail of the dragon. But the location is very near night market. Can walk to there see dragon show at 9pm(Fri, Sat, Sun). I will come back and stay here. 👍
