It’s a superb location that you can move around easily. All shops are around you and you can eat and shop easily. The breakfast was excellent, giving us no chance to have breakfast out of the hotel.

We stayed at L Signature for the second time at the end of our trip, and it truly felt like coming home. Everything was perfect once again – the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful: kind, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy before starting the day. For us, this hotel has become like a home in Hanoi. We can’t recommend it highly enough. Everything about this hotel is outstanding. From the communication before the arrival to the personalised care once there. I booked this for my daughter as a birthday present while she was travelling South East Asia. She turned 22 while there and said it’s the best present I’ve ever given her. She was surprised with balloons and decorations and a beautiful breakfast plate. The communication and care from Celine prior to her arrival was incredible. The location is fantastic and the facilities are brilliant. My daughter has told me that she wants to return to Hà Nội just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my daughter’s birthday so special and memorable.

Amazing place to stay! We had a small issue during our check-in process, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified quickly. They were extremely welcoming and all staff spoke great English. The rooms were fantastic and clean and the roof top was a great place to enjoy dinner. The location of this hotel is elite. Walking distance to all attractions and main areas, yet whilst in the hotel it’s quiet and peaceful. A shout out to Tina and Tyler - amazing people who really made our stay that extra special. Would 100% stay here again every time we visit.

- really good location on a quiet street by the lake near the Old Quarter. About an hour away from the airport with traffic. - the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and spoke good English. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived with tea and snacks. - we only stayed 2 nights but our room got upgraded, for free. Thanks again to the hotel management team and we really appreciate it. - the breakfast area is not huge but has a good selection of local and western choices. - we also checked out their rooftop restaurant/bar, where you get great views of the city.

The property is cozy, not huge corridors to walk down which was a bonus since we did a lot of walking in Hanoi. The breakfast was not halal but they accommodated for us with vegetarian and seafood dishes and these changed almost daily which was such an amazing touch. Our room was convenient with enough space for our luggage (we don’t travel light) and the bathroom was high spec and clean with everything we needed.

The property is ideally located if a little tucked away which we liked. We felt safe at all times of day and night.
