Good location, good staff

Mold on the wall, no hot water, shower wasn’t like the pictures

The place is absolutely wonderful! Everything is spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere feels very welcoming. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help — truly amazing people. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

The room was spacious with a big bathroom, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I would say don’t use the spa, they make it sound like you are getting a deal with 10% off but they will over charge you for hidden services and they also don’t know what they’re doing, repeatedly on their phones having to google/call others to ask where items are.

Location is centralised and it get to/from pt to pt easily

Toilet is not partition into wet and dry area. When we finished bathing the whole floor is thoroughly wet

Breakfast is reasonably good with fewer choice. Location is centralised and suitable to move around easily

No shower curtain/ window glass partition to separate wet and dry. Whenever showering, it will wet the whole toilet.

Staff was very helpful, also with special requests. We were helped by May, Gem, Tom, and Sun. The room was so spacious and had nice big windows for a cheap price. In the center as well.

Don't come with a wheelchair the 1st to 2nd floor has no lift.

Staff is amazing. A girl at the reception was very helpful during our stay. Very friendly, the girl has perfect English and is very polite to us, if we have any questions she kindly explain it and making our stay much easier. A boy at the reception was also very helpful with a lovely manner. The room was big and clean. It has everything we need. Breakfast is great. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I will definitely go there again. Amazing service.

Great experience. May, Sun, and Tom were very helpful and lovely people. I will miss them! Massage experience was great. Location was really good. A/C and shower was good. Bed comfortable. Nice view from the bedroom. I just really liked it all. I only stayed a night, but it was a memorable one. I'll stay longer next time!

I honestly can't think of anything. Maybe the breakfast was okay? I mean it's free, so I can't complain too much.

The only issue is the isolation and the noise you hear all the time I also had the room without windows, for me was a bit ok

Room is big enough for 3 of us. Lift is very tiny. Lift starts from level 1.

I feel stuffy in lift. But at least they have lift.

Clean, and good location. The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Me and my friend only stayed one night yet the staff allowed us to store our bags there a few days before our stay. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the hospitality we experienced at this hotel. The staff had great English and were just really lovely to deal with. The facilities were very nice and the room was bigger than expected.
