We have never experienced hospitality and staff service like this ever - next level! Nothing at all was too much trouble but more than that is the staff went out of their way to make our stay better in every way! They knew us by name - unbelievable!

Gorgeous decor in the rooms, fabulous central location next to the beautiful Hoam Kiem lake. The staff were wonderful, so friendly & helpful & took the trouble to get to know us & give advice & recommendations. The breakfast was superb, all beautifully cooked fresh food. And the spa was also gorgeous, the massages so relaxing. We also loved the rooftop bar!

Loved this beautiful boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hannoi. The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, attending to guests' requests. The staff have also packed us a comimentary dinner for our train trip to another city to Hannoi. The room was clean and comfy.Breakfast was also good with lots of variety. I highly recommend Solaria Hotel in Hannoi to anyone.

As soon as I arrived, all the hotel staff greeted me with a warm welcome. All the hotel staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. Hotel rooms were nice, clean, heaps of room, breakfast at the hotel was good, lots to choose from. Roof top bar is good, awesome view looking over the city. Location of hotel is excellent in the middle of the city centre which is all walking distance to shops, bars, street food, tourist attractions. One of the hotel staff packed for me a little snack pack which was so nice and sweet, because I was going on a day tour.

We stayed at Solaria Hotel in Hanoi with an Infant. Our experience at this hotel was BEYOND our expectations. ALL of the hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. On our first day Gracie was super kind, helpful and took time to explain the best places to exchange money and how to get to areas we wanted to visit. She also helped us with transport to our next hotel which made our experience very smooth and enjoyable. During our time in Vietnam we had a personal issue, Susan noticed we had some trouble and asked why I was looking worried and suggested Liam was the best person to help us in our situation. Thank you Susan. ❤️ Liam was incredible. He completely went out of his way to help us in a personal issue and we couldn’t be more grateful. The help and service we received at Hotel solaria is genuine and better than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed at around the world. We are definitely recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Fantastic hotel, warm welcome and the staff could not have been more attentive. I had a hot stone massage and it was very relaxing. The food, sky bar and MIA restaurant were all really wonderful. Would recommend and can't wait to stay again. My daughter had a fever and they gave her cooing packs free of charge. The laundry service was excellent and very good price. Beds were very comfortable. We loved it.

Would be good to see them not using small, individual shower gel/shampoo bottles in the bathroom.

The hotel was lovely, conveniently located & the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They stored our luggage when we went to Halong bay and helped us navigate the grab app to get to the airport, speaking to the driver on our behalf & carried our bags to the car that could only pick up at the end of the street because the hotel road is closed to traffic on the weekends. The rooftop bar was lovely & the breakfast buffet was great.

The staff at Solaria Hotel are absolutely lovely - they remembered us on each of the times we stayed and really made us feel right at home. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing and so were the drinks - a great place to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Hanoi - 2-3 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake, super easy to walk around Old Quarter from here. Staff are just lovely - so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Willy who checked us in but to all of the staff who were perfect hosts to all guests. Lovely welcome drink and cake at check-in. Restaurant helped us out with a takeaway breakfast due to early departure to Lan Ha Bay one morning and then reception added an extra take out breakfast as we were leaving. Rooms are lovely. Roof top bar is fantastic - some of the best cocktails we had in Vietnam - Jonny in the bar was a great host. Would definitely stay here again

So far the stay was great experience at Solaria.

The breakfast is great. The buffet choices for the cold meals were fresh and tasty every day. While the hot food a la carte menu were so delicious.
