Bathroom is a bit dated but considering the price I wouldn’t complain

Friendly family owned place. Rooms are huge, the room itself is very clean and modern. Comfortable bed and strong AC. Lots of desk space, big wardrobe and balcony. TV with lots of apps and movie channels. Wifi is fast. Location is perfect. Walking distance to most places.

This is the best place we have stayed while travelling. The amount of effort put in by the owner made us feel so at ease. We felt so comfortable and felt so welcome by the family. Sophia is very kind and attentive, as are the members of her family. Upon arrival, she provided us with all the necessary information about the city and available activities while welcoming us with fresh fruit. They offer motorbike and bicycle rentals, excursions, laundry service, and airport transfers. In fact, we used the airport transfer upon our arrival—it was easy, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! The room was super comfortable—spacious, bright, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It even had a balcony to enjoy and thoughtful welcome details. One of the highlights was the overall peace and quiet of the accommodation, which we truly appreciated, as it allowed us to rest properly—just what we were looking for. What more do you want ......!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home stay for 2 nights, and it was an incredible experience. Everything was perfect—the location was great (around 15 min to the main place which is the 'old village' and the night market, the room was good, the beds are confortable, the WIFI was good and they offer bicycle for free ..... But what truly stood me out was the kindness of Ms. Sophia, her husband Mr Thai, and their entire family Thai's parents and the kids. I arrived at 7:00 am, they allowed me to take a rest in the lobby's couch i was very tired as i had a long trip of 11 hours by bus. The same thing when the departure, my bus was at 4:00 pm, i stayed in the lobby till 3:00 pm (it was very hot and dry outside) Basically this Guest house doesn't offer breakfast, but as I had benefited from GENIUS booking offered me free breakfast, Mrs. Sophia prepared it for me both days (eggs, toast, watermelon, coffee) It’s rare to encounter such warm and generous hosts. Thank you for making my stay in Hoi An unforgettable! I highly recommend this Homestay.

I imagine the balcony room is much better. Ours was not so great. In the bottom floor, no windows and soooo many mosquitoes.

The free bikes were good and super useful to explore Hoi An. The host was very kind, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable.

The room was spotlessly clean, with beautiful windows on all sides, and a very comfortable bed! Sophia and her family are all so kind, and so helpful, helping me with everything that I needed and more! It’s a perfect distance by bike from the hustle and bustle of old town, close enough to get in easily, but far enough that it’s peaceful and quiet, tucked away in a residential neighbourhood.

Bikes could use some brake repairs, otherwise great!

It’s tucked away in a neighborhood just off a main road leading into old town. I personally loved being on the outer edge and biking to the rice fields/beach/quieter areas instead of being in the middle of the tourist hustle. Her husband’s airport car service was easy and a good price, and their laundry service was very professional. Would love to stay again.

The hospitality was top notch! Van (Sofia) is the sweetest hostess… she will help you with anything you need. She took me shopping, (strolling down the streets arm and arm), helped me ship a box home, gave me the names of restaurants, made me the best coffee, and even helped me repair the wheel on my suitcase. She is amazing 🤩 and grateful to call her a friend!

The accommodation was not so far from the city center but the neighborhood was dirty. There was a small rain and around the building was a big puddle, not possible to avoid.

The room was really nice and cosy with a lot of storage place. It was clean as well. The host offered airport transfer for a good price.
