Beautiful property, friendly staff, swimming pool

We loved everything about Spring Breeze! It was a perfect 16 day stay. The staff and the 2 bedroom studio apartment was the highlight of our stay! Our 2 bedroom apartment was stylish, quality, spacious and really comfortable. The beds and pillows were quality. Everything was perfect. There were days where we didn't even want to leave the apartment because it was so comfortable. The staff treated us like family. They made delicious breakfast for us every morning and we're just so friendly. Whilst we were there, they asked us to join in on their lunches, showed me how to cook some delicious Vietnamese cuisines and were really hospitable. We absolutely miss them dearly. They had bikes for you to borrow and it's close to a lot of restaurants on the riverside. A really easy walk or cycle to the old town and the pool was a great way to cool down on a hot day. We will definitely be back!

All was perfect!

It was by far the best hotel during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. Super new and amazing interior design, especially in the 2-bed room apartment. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the pool was great after a hot day out. Above all, Song and the team are amazing hosts taking care of all our tour requirements. This hotel is a true gem in not only Hoi An but also in while Vietnam!

Spring Breeze is a great hotel not far from Hoi An Old Town. The room was always made up immaculately and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a genuine pleasure to stay here. Would definitely recommend! 👍🏼

Song and Linh are super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond for their guests. The staff there become a mini extended family to yours. The pool is cool which is fantastic in the hot weather and the beds are super comfy.

such an unique hotel! you really feel like family here: the staff made me rice soup and ginger tea when i was sick and took good care of me. they even invited us to a party: there was so much delicious food and vietnamese karaoke. we had so much fun! thank you so much for everything!!

The location is abit further out but that was fine for us, we love getting a grab.

The staff here are amazing, would recommend anything you needed to do, cook a great breakfast,, super helpful. Our room was extremely clean, with everything we needed. Unlimited water is a big plus

Nothing! Wished we could stay longer

We are a family of 4 - with 2 adult children. The 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with generous living and dining rooms where we could hang out together but also individual bedrooms for privacy. The pool was literally at our doorstep, great for a quick dip in the hot afternoons. Everything was new, super comfy beds. But the highlight is the incredible service level. Special kudos to Ha, who provided really personalised service, remembering our names, helping us with bookings, being contactable when we were out of the hotel if we needed help, giving us fruits when we were at the pool! I mentioned I was looking for a specific vietnamese cooking ingredient and she got it for me! I was so touched!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Could not fault anything. Clean and very comfortable. Staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Always there if you need anything. Our 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful ❤️. Best place to stay in Hoi An. Breakfast fresh, cooked to order and plentiful. Pool is lovely and clean. Further out of old town but we enjoyed the walk everyday and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby offering great coffee and food. Also provides free new bicycles to use. Will definitely be back 🥰🥰

My only slight problem was the Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest in my room and I had some problems connecting sometimes but it wasn’t that big of a deal!

Really nice big room, big fridge and kitchen area. Pool was really nice and towels provided there, breakfast was also really good! Close enough to the centre to get there easily.

You have to order breakfast the day before, and suggest a time you will want to eat it. For people like us who don't plan much, this was a bit frustrating.

The hotel is new, clean, and very comfortable. The pool is great after a long day in the sun. Our room was spacious and light, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is nice and quiet, and it's a perfect 20-minute walk along the river to the old town. The hotel offers free bicycles if you want to zip around even quicker. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff made you feel like you were at home and gave you countless recommendations about activities to do while in Hoi An. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hoi An.

Spring Breeze was a fabulous hotel! Recently done up to a really high standard, the interiors are gorgeous. We loved the swimming pool which was super clean. The staff were also very helpful and cooked us breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hoi An

We're currently travelling around South East Asia for a year and Vietnam is the second country on our trip. We were looking for a place to stay in Hội An, and luckily we found Spring Breeze 🥰. The property is brand new and has only been open for a few weeks. The rooms/facilities are amazing, very clean and well kept. However, having stayed in over 100 hotels worldwide, the highlight for us was the staff: very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. A special thanks to the amazing staff: Phung, Linh, Hà, Bé and Trang. If we're ever back in Hội An, then we will definitely stay here again for sure. Recommended!

The main highlight was definitely the staff. They pretty much always went out their way to assist me in any way they could. The breakfast was delicious and fresh (iI only ate the Vietnamese options and they were great). The pictures on the site look a bit photoshopped but when you get there it does actually look like the pictures. The hotel is pretty much brand new so looks immaculate. It is a little outside of the old town, but there are still bars/shops/restaurants around. They have free bicycles you can use (also pretty much brand new) so I took advantage of them to cycle into the old or to the beach every day.

Sonja here 😃 At first i was at a different Hotel in Hoi An. And when i arrived here to Spring Breeze, i was welcomed so warmly - it was wonderful. All is new and of a high standard (and i´m german and want a high standard), and done with nice details, and a great comfy bed, beautiful selected installations, and a big pool. A good handmade breakfast is made once you arrive at the entrance-area, gives you a nice start into the day. You can get a bike for free or a motobike for  $5-7 USD a day !!  Amazing Song (the owner) and Ha and Song´s sister Phuong and more family-members, and the cleaning-ladies also, were so friedly, heartwarmed and caring, especially when i came back from an outside Restaurant, vomiting in the night, they were here for me next morning caring with special light food, ginger tea etc. and asking how i feel... it felt like family 🙏😘🙏 I can´t recommend this Hotel enough - it´s just wonderful ❤️🇻🇳 I spent a lot of time working in my room and going out for fittings for the Tailors, so i felt nice and cosy all time here (and i spent 2 weeks here !). I extended my stay.

The location is slightly out of town, offering a peaceful and quiet environment away from the busy center. It's a great choice if you're looking to relax in a more tranquil setting.

Upon arrival at Spring Breeze Hotel, I was warmly greeted by Ha. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, she made my stay comfortable and accommodated every request I had. I truly enjoyed my time there. Rooms were clean and tidy.
