1. Inside the room is clean n comfortable but the surrounding area were kinda dirty and messy. We needed to pass the toilet whenever we needed to go/leave the room. 2. No elevators, so can consider in case you’re staying in 6th floor/ with elder fam member, you’ll need a bit exercises (We enjoyed tho since we’re still young) 😅

The room is spacious and clean. The facilities were nice and almost like the concept of living smart home and eco friendly 👍 If you want to stay around super local neighborhood, you’ll like it here. It’s good access to almost many places of attractions, even local night market. The room looks exactly like in the picture (unfortunately I didn’t take pics myself, but rest assured- what they posted online is the same with what you’ll get). The host is also nice and polite 😍 Cam on!

The property sits on top of a seafood restaurant. There is no check in/reception desk at all. You have to just figure it out when you get there. The workers in the restaurant will not be able to help at all. It is also pretty loud at night but that is simply due to the central location.

The room itself is very nice and well worth the money for the location.

A slightly deceiving room from the pictures as it’s quite small, but we both enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfectly placed in the old quarter so very close to a lot of great things to do in Hanoi. Comfy beds, reasonable wi-fi and a working tv. Expect some noise as it’s above a restaurant but we have no complaints.

You have to walk through a restaurant/alley to access the rooms. Every ceiling is low so watch your head if taller. Shower is very small and no heat

It’s located up some steep stairs behind a restaurant - not really a problem, just something to note.

It was really comfortable, spacious and in a good location. The host was really helpful - particularly when we arrived late in the night, he came to welcome us to our room.

We had to check in at 1:30AM and the service was exceptional, staff waited outside the hotel at this time to help us check in, contacting via whatsapp to keep up to date on timings.

Nice room, but it's above the restaurant, so a little smell can come to your room. The bed is comfortable. The shower is typical, without curtain. Nice overall.

The standard room is quite small for two people, and the sofa makes it feel even more cramped. • Room service was not provided during our stay—perhaps guests need to WhatsApp the owner to request it. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option in a convenient location, but a bit more space and better housekeeping service would improve the experience.

The door to the balcony didn’t seal properly so the sound from the street could be heard but otherwise no complaints!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The entrance is through the restaurant, and I would have been confused if I was at the right place. However, the host was always there and quickly greeted me. Once I saw the room, everything was fine. The street is quite noisy at night, but I accepted that as the vibrant life in the old quarter. The bed was very firm, which is perfect for me but comes down to personal preference.

The contact from the owner was exceptional and helpful via what's app. Organising taxis to and from the airport.

The property didn’t look like the photos it is much more dated. The property wasn’t clean the fridge had old bugs the drain had hair and there was ants all over the walls. The bed was hard and felt unclean.

We really like the location of the property and they did stay up until we arrived which was appreciated as it was 1am.

The drinking water bottles they served is a little antique. I preferred to buy a new one from the stores. Instead of some sorts of tea and melon drink, I would suggest Vietnamese’s coffee.

This is located in the old quarter which is very convenient to go back and forth. The staff are amazing; they are very warm welcoming and ready to help you. Since it’s in the downtown, you may heard the horn of motorbike and car during early night. But it’s not interrupted at all.

The bathroom/shower was quite small. Loud at night as you are in the heart of the city so bring earplugs!!
