United KingdomI had a little higher expectations as the other hotel is stayed in HCMC has similar rating but was better. Cleanliness was average, a few ants in my room - but didn't hugely bother me, would have been useful if there were more towels, and a kettle.
The room was very large, the staff were nice. The reception area is quite nice too for a small hotel! Location is good!

United StatesRoom had weird design. The bed was on a platform, so I swing my legs down onto the platform and THEN step down once more onto the floor. At night, with no light on, that was a touch dicey. The shower's drain was not the lowest part of the bathroom, so water puddled by the sink and toilet.
Location is great. Loved the park across the street. Not too, too noisy inside the hotel -- more noise from other guests than from the street.

But property instead of giving discount for late flight arrival they charge extra 5% on original amount . Also I booked in Booking.com pay at the hotel and confirm with the hotel and booking that com of our sure arrival . The property Blackmail us if I cannot enter the CVV of my credit card they will not accept us because it midnight . Imigine the hassle of hotel is blackmailing you in the middle of your airport arrival first to other country so I have no choice but to enter the cvv of my credit card . They charge my credit without my consent plus extra 5%cash . Very bad experience on this hotel and booking.com

Czech RepublicIt's a bit of a tourist trap. The bathroom is not very clean, in three days no one changed the towels or took out the trash. When we asked for cleaning first we had to sign a form that the hotel is not responsible for any losses during cleaning. The place is noisy.

IsraelOur ac in the room didn't work and we told the staff at 17:00 we came back at 23:30 and the ac still didn't work they refuse to change our room, only after we argue they agree to change room, they were rude and unpleasant, I don't recommend this hotel at all, very unpleasant experience ruined my lest night in Vietnam
