Excellent location, the street is cars free which makes it less noisy. Also, there are several spots for eating, recommended for breakfast the coffee place at tornado.Very clean. Nice staff who allowed us to store the luggage after the checkout.

Housekeeping here is outstanding. The hotel and the room I stayed in were both kept immaculately clean and well-organized.

The hotel building is a bit dated, but the amazing staff more than made up for it. They were incredibly kind and helpful, making any minor shortcomings easy to overlook.q

The room had all the must-haves: quiet air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, and a comfy bed. There was even a minibar and a small fridge.

The hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the night market – making it ideal for exploring the city.

The attention to detail here was impressive — even the small things didn’t go unnoticed. Whether it was offering help or simply checking in on our comfort, the staff showed real care.

We arrived early and asked for early check-in since my partner wasn’t feeling well. Not only did they say yes, but the customer service manager also personally helped us find a nearby pharmacy. That small gesture meant a lot — truly kind people.
