Nothing at all. Best part of our trip to Phu Quoc was this property. Neighbour’s dog is a bit noisy. But happy to be patted.

Pool better than the beach. We stayed extra nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Comfortable rooms, good aircon and showers. Love the new plants being planted throughout the property too.

We love everything about this place. The family who run it are absolutely lovely and so helpful. The pool is always immaculate and the housekeeping is great. The location is great, easy to get the free green bus around the island. Reception sells 20litres of drinking water for a very reasonable price as well as beer and soft drinks. Z’s cafe is down the road and is great for all kinds of meals - again, the family who run that are so friendly and nice. Plenty of massage and hair washes within walking distance. Would recommend Aloha spa. This was our second year visiting this property and we will be back

Not so much a dislike but it seems there are many long term guests that consist of families at this resort, they tend to take over the facilities and the pools so bare that in mind if you wanted a pool day. I wouldn’t say this accommodation is the best for couples without kids.

Lovely clean villa room, it was nice to not be adjoined to another room for a change which meant it was very peaceful at night for sleeping. The pools were nice to cool off in after a hot day and the location is walkable to the restaurants and bars nearby.

Bungalow in excellent location, cleaning and supply of daily towels. Comfortable swimming pool, sea at 300 meters, friendly staff and excellent quality/price ratio.

What could be better: - Very minimalistic interiors, too few pieces of furniture in some rooms - no cupboard, or shelf or other storage options. Only bed + wardrobe + small table by the bed - furniture by the pool is wooden and hard to sit/lie on - some mattresses would help a lot - common kitchen lacks spoons and forks and needs a good deep cleaning Overall a cosy and very affortble place to stay, I would recommend it for families as well

A very quiet and peaceful but convenient location - beach, great restaurants and good SPAs located nearby. Beach acessible by foot. Well maintained small garden, great pool Helpfull and friendly owner

Nothing. Some may not like that it is some minutes from city center, but i think this was a bonus, as it was quiet and calm.

We loved Sun & Wind! It is basic accommodation, not luxury, but value for money is 100 %. Family running S&W is lovely, really nice people. It is convenient placed in a side street, away from the noise, so it actually like living in the nature. Good beds and good aircon gives good sleep quality. Seven minutes walking to long beach with sun beds and a few nice bars. We had breakfast all days at Z cafe 100 meters from Sun & Wind. Z cafe also run by really nice people. Pool is clean and nice for all ages. Highly recommended, just remember it is not a luxury resort, it is a small family owned place.

Convenient location and had everything we needed! Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Basic kitchen facilities but perfect for us. The area has some excellent cafes for breakfast/linch/dinner and it’s not far to walk to the beach. Mr Dung was so helpful and even offered to pick us up from the airport after our early flight.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and some shops. Cheap grab taxi ride to Phu Quoc town. Staff were super friendly and happy to organise transfers for us - cheaper than grab taxis from the ferry and airport. We had a late flight out of Phu Quoc and they were happy for us to hang out at the pool til as late as we needed.

Beds very very hard but I still managed to sleep ok.

Good location although a wee way from beach. Clean, awesome friendly hosts, exceptional value for money for the 5 of us.

Great family-run accommodation with everything you need. Clean and spacious swimming pool, sun beds, restaurants close by. Great, chill beach in walking distance. Owner very friendly - organized free airport transfer and were there to meet us when we arrived in late hours. Felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to come back some day!

The place is very clean and spacious, as well as quiet. The garden and the pool are well maintained. A clean beach is within walking distance, and a great small fruits and veg shop very close by. There's also various places to eat and market close by.

The rooms were very big and clean , the kitchen outside near the pool was great exactly what my entire wife’s Cambodian family wanted. The kids enjoyed the pool daily and was always clean . The walking distance to mini mart and food outlets , and especially the bus stop was great . Getting around Phu Quoc to all the places ( vinwonder, safari and Grand World ) exceptional . I must commend this place caring about the tourists .

They don’t serve food but there are many restaurants nearby so not a huge problem.

We had a lovely, modern 2 bed bungalow that was cleaned every day. View from the large bedroom window looked out over the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was exceeded my expectations, our family stay there for 4 nights without any issue and the price was super reasonable, the staff was amazing and fully supported, Mr Binh - Manager was friendly and support us a lot, room services everyday, swimming pool is big and clean, located in a quite area so there's no noisy at all and just a few minutes walk to the main road - Tran Hung Dao, next to the bus station. Highly recommended.

Dishes could do with an upgrade, the upper windows could have curtains added to keep out streetlights but overall didn’t impact our stay!

Staff were very helpful, amazing place to stay for the price for a week especially as it has a pool and cleaner everyday with fresh towels. Definitely not a resort but was exactly what we needed to be a base to explore Phu Quoc. Down a little local street on the main road with laundry, massage, hairdresser, tasty little food places and more. If you are looking for a quiet place for an unbelievable price then this is for you!

For us a toaster would have been amazing to have for our breakfasts easy with the kids. But that is being really picky- they have a share kitchen and we could have cooked bread on the stove top. But a toaster is just our preference.

The owners are so kind, they try really hard to listen to what you ask and say, we had a great time getting to know them.
