Location far from any activities.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. I really liked the decor, layout, and comfort of the villa.

Check-in was a rough experience. I live in VN and travel a lot, but have never experienced a check-in like this. One issue is that they let us know there would be a camera in the living room of our villa. I told them this was ridiculous, so they taped it up and had me sign a waiver. Separately, they asked for a 4 million VND deposit for incidentals. I had not been notified of this, but agreed to pay them via credit card or QR code (the method many locals use to pay for nearly everything). However, they demanded that it be cash only - in USD or VND. Unfortunately, I did not have enough cash on me, and they gave up on it. (They said they could hold onto my passport instead, but I knew they didn't actually have a right to do that.)

We had a nice villa near the beach. Staff members were friendly and room was spacious.

Deposit of 3 million VND during check in. Was told we can use it as credit for food on-site. We paid directly to Solar Pizza restaurant after dinner and they refunded the full amount upon check out.

They do not maintain the property well, even the public pool, my sister got bloody on foot by the chipped tile there, be careful the stools at the pool bar too. Some staffs try to sell their services like: rental car, tour,… I do not feel comfortable. Not only them, but also other ppl I met at Phu Quoc who always try to sell the same package : 4 islands viewing, Vin wonders, …too messy.

Private pool with jacuzzi, the villa is large for my big family, some staffs are nice and helpful. They lend bicycles with no fee, love this. Public area has the beautiful decoration.

The private beach may not feel very private, as busloads of tourists from across the island frequently visit to take pictures, resulting in crowds rather than seclusion.

Both private and shared swimming pools are excellent, the villas and rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The staff is highly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay special—except for the resort manager we dealt with while resolving an issue.

For the environmental friendly concern, you don’t need to do house keeping everyday, but you need to remember to refill the free bottled water and change the towel everyday. Bottled water is very needed under the weather condition.

Four bedroom with a private swimming pool is really nice. Very suitable for family group people. The breakfast is really good! We are traveling with elderly people and toddlers. Everyone had good time there at sunset sanato.

So comfortable and we all family was happy there. All staffs are friendly and specially, Tien Tien is so helpful and friendly. She assisted and arranged for all required things for my family. Breakfast was so delicious and they refilled all the foods immediately. Would like to stay again there with my family 😊

First of all, the benefits are really great in terms of price. I highly recommend it to people who are traveling as a large family. It also cleans up every day and is very nice in terms of cleanliness. And all the staff members tried to respond to my request immediately and quickly. In particular, an employee named Tien Tien was the most helpful person in my trip. I'm having a great trip because he cared about the transportation and ticketing for a large family!

Low water pressure and main entrance door unable to open But helps reach you and solve within 15 mins.

Extremely clean in all aspects, clean living room, clean bedroom, clean kitchen, clean toilet, etc. All staff are friendly and helpful, all the help and services will reach you in 10 mins, especially Tien Tien, great assistance and provided details information of our tours to the island.

Everything was perfect, the location at the Sanato Beach with all the decorations on the beach made us feel like in a movie. The breakfast was amazing, there are a lot of diversity food from where you can choose. The stuff is super super friendly, truly friendly. Lot of thanks to Tien Tien who helped us with information, car and trips around the island. She was really helpful.
