For the price the location is fantastic, but a little noisy if you have a room on the road-side.

Very comfy, spacious rooms and the host was always available for help. Good location a short walk from centre of town. Coffee shop and local eateries downstairs - ask Tuan for his recommendations, they were great!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us with booking a great excursion that we enjoyed very much, great value for money, super location with just a few minutes walk to the center, night market, restaurants, bars and the beautiful lake.

Bathroom was quite damp but aired out quickly with the door open. No air con, took a while for the room to cool down with the fan.

There is some noise from cars and buses if you stay in a room at the street. There was no place to sit outside but you can use the banc in the hallway at the reception. Anyway we stayed longer then we booked.

We liked the location, a great coffee house (with a very nice and friendly owner and great cappuccino) was next door. The location is nearby the night market, and near local restaurants and some small shops (water, drinks etc,) plus it was near the lake. You can rent a motorbike for 120000 dong a day. The shower was good and fast warm. Beds are comfortable! Cleaning of the room and clean towels everyday! A good working refrigerator is in the room. A kind of mini bar is in the room (incl water) and a good working fan. The host is very friendly and likes to help you in every way! Even borrowed us a coat because we were not prepared for the cold evenings. We would stay here again!

Location was superb, just less than a five minute walk to the night market and the lake. The room we got had superb views too, overlooking the trees and the buildings.

The laundry service took longer than expected (1.5 days) but this wasn’t an issue.

The guesthouse was in a very good location - within walking distance of Xuân Hương Lake and the night market, as well as a few other attractions nearby which made it very convenient to explore the area. The room had a great view (Deluxe Single) and was very tidy. The staff could speak english, were friendly and always happy to help. Would recommend :)

Staying at L&K Guesthouse was a very positive experience. We found the room really comfortable with a big window that overlooked the street. The room is clean and comfortable with a great location close to town and good restaurants next door. Also we loved the cute dog at the property!

We stayed a few nights at the T & K Guesthouse and can recommend it as a comfortable budget friendly guest house situated within walking distance to the Da Lat night market and a large supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nearby is a great little coffee shop and a few Vietnamese eateries. Next time we visit Da Lat, we will stay again

Nothing negative to say. I haven’t checked other rooms like in the picture but ours was alright. :)

The location is perfect. It was also very convenient to check-in and check-out. Love the cafe next to it as well. We also rented a motorbike and drove around the city. We paid in cash not sure if they accept cards. They cleaned the room and changed sheets and towels daily so let them know if you don’t want that. Also, staff was super helpful and accommodating. :)

The location was ideal since it is walkable to the night market, supermarket and the lake. The staff was very helpful in recommending the places to eat and to visit. The staff also helped us retrieve our belongings that were left in the room and had it sent to us in another city, which we were very grateful and appreciated.

The bathroom would really need a fan because there's no window so the floor and our towels were wet. (You can ask the staff for new towels every day, which we did.)

The locations is super great because it is very close to the night market and the central area where the restaurants/cafes are but because of this it can be noisy because of the traffic. We had the fan on constantly so it did not bother us. The room was ok, it was clean but it got damp easily. The bed was comfortable and the staff is around 24/7 so you are free to come and go anytime you please. We did not interact much with the staff but they seem to be very nice and helpful.

Location: in front of the lake, 10mins walk to the main pedestrian area at night Room on the last floor was good, with (no) view on the back but quiet. The room on the first floor however is a bir weird with a big window exposing you to everyone in the street and some noise from the street between the building and the lake.

The room is much too noisy. There seems to be no sound cancellation. I can't sleep last night because of some uneducated kids next door, partying from 8 p.m to 3 a.m. Unbelievable.

Great location, can even walk to get to the market. The view is good enough, but too close to the street.
