Not clean - there were potato chips on the floor when I got to my room which stayed there the 4 nights I was there despite the cleaner "sweeping", bin was only emptied on 3rd day, rubbish laying around in bathroom, dirty toilets.....not good

The beds were comfortable and I liked that the locker is in the bed area. The curtain was good for privacy.

This hostel has rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The beds are reasonably comfortable and clean. However there are only 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel, 4 toilet stalls and 4 shower stalls. These are only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so if you were on the 4th floor you have to go down to use the bathroom. Speaking of the bathrooms, they are covered in mould all over the walls and roof and one of the toilet cubicles had no toilet paper during my entire 2 night stay. Toilets do not appear to be cleaned regularly. They also make you pay to borrow a towel, something I have not experienced throughout all of Vietnam, even in budget hostels.

Location is perfect. Right at the primary hub area of old district. If you travel on weekends you might be able to walk right into night market when you open the doors. It's decent for the cheap rates they charge. The management is super nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. I would have preferred if the washrooms were cleaner. Overall the place is a good deal for the price.

-No elevator, i had heavy luggage but staff helped to carry it 2 floors upstairs -Some staff's English was very difficult to understand at the beginning but then you get adapted to Vietnamese English in general is like that .. - no socializing area other than the seats in the reception, i couldn't meet friends there - 4 beds dormitories had a small window but always closed and no view. 8 beds ones had a balcony to the main street on the other hand. So it depends on your preference, whether quite or socializing room.

Bed was comfy, locker right next to every bed. Bathrooms outside were clean Staff helpful and you can book bus tickets or whole trips to everywhere with them, also change money and laundry was ok. Very good value for money -night market on fridays and weekends on the hostel's whole streets

It has a laundry shop so expect some washing noises if your room is in the 2nd floor.

When I checked out at 6am, I was waiting in reception for my transfer, some guests had arrived early and were asking for an early check in. The staff very quickly offered the other guests my bed... at 6am when there was 3 other people still sleeping in the room. It would have been a very quick and quiet turnaround.

Good location and good price. The beds were big and comfy, the lockers at the end of the bed were added security.

The blanket really thin, we were cold all nights, there were nothing, no boiling water, no fridge, no towel, the bathroom was really stinky and so the bedroom because it was in the same room

Originally given a bed in the bigger room on the 2nd floor, where the door handle/latch hits the ladder of the bed - very odd design and can easily be fixed but I had to ask to move beds because this was very annoying literally every time the door open or closed - the latch needs to be fixed or ladder moved. There is a very strong sewage smell from the bathrooms that you will smell when the bedroom doors open - if they put proper doors on the bathrooms it may help, not sure. Some guests just speak all through the night on their phones, which is on the guests not the owners unfortunately.

Excellent location on the night market street. Absolutely insane value for beds with curtains, lights, plugs, fans etc. Had an issue with my bed and was moved when I asked which was nice.

When we arrived there was someone else in our bed, all fine as mistakes happen but we were then expected to sleep in the same covers? I questioned this and the staff said it was clean but I was completely unconvinced as I just saw the man come out the bed and had to ask a second time for clean sheets.

We stayed in the double bed dorm room and the beds were comfortable and a good size. Shared bathroom was okay and cleaned every day. Good value for money.

There was a bad smell of sewage from the toilets in the hallway between the rooms.

Great location in the Old Town city center, near all the markets, and all the fuss. The room was fine, usual hostel with several bunk beds. The staff was great, very helpful with everything we asked. They arranged the bus for our next destination, which is usual in Vietnam anyway.
