Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaNothing specifically to mention here! Just wished I had more time to live there and indulge in fruits! Oh, and if you are vegan (like me) , please bring some info for them to understand it beforehand what you can and can't eat. They definitely make sure you have the right stuff on your plate! Feel free to bring your own vegan stuff (like any specific condiments) to add on to dishes!
I felt at home right when I stepped in! The people there are super fun and understanding and will go forward and make your stay very comfortable when in Da Lat! I was treated so well and we even had a lot of time together as I went out really less and was mostly using this as a 8 day peace time before heading back to the city life! We had dinners and lunch and breakfast too! They even planned so much for me like my Birthday dinner!!! I just hope to come back and stay more with them and the furry friends!

United KingdomI left the window open while sleeping to avail of that sweet, cool mountain air and got bitten to bits by bugs! My own fault, I couldn’t resist the luxury of fresh air away from the heat of the flatlands.
The absolute friendliest staff in Vietnam - a family of friends and furry pets. If you want a chilled out rest outside of the city then look no further - this is paradise.

South KoreaNot recommended if you're a cold-blooded person who hates cats or dogs (🤭🤭)
The best space. The meal with warm furry friends was enjoyable, and all the breakfasts and the requested dinner were the most delicious of our trip to Vietnam. And the biggest advantage is the truly kind and pleasant hosts. I want to go to Dalat again thanks to them.

United KingdomUnfortunately we didn’t love our stay- our cabin was facing the main road so it was actually super loud with lots of motor noises so having booked somewhere out the city we didn’t really get the perks of that and ended up just being inconvenient in location with little reward! Also we knew the cabins would be basic but our front door frame had so many gaps in that it basically wasn’t functional as a door- we had numerous slugs and centipedes on the bed each day which was super unpleasant. Staff were nice and I guess as long as you know what you’re getting for, it’s passable for a decent price and night or two.
The dogs and cats were super cute and friendly and the garden area is very beautiful. Staff were nice. Breakfast is a good local cuisine experience.

AustraliaDespite it being a very homely environment, some of the service provided and facilities were not up to standard and unprofessional. The first night I came, my room (bungalow single) was dirty—it had a colony of ants in the bathroom, caterpillars on the floor, the linen on my bed was soiled and smelt terrible, new towels provided were wet, the cup left in the bathroom was stained and the outside of the kettle was greasy and disgusting. The staff replaced the towels and the cup and kettle and they said they'd change the linen the day after seeing that it was late. Moreover, at midnight, a swarm of the property's kittens broke a patch of roof into my room and lay on my clothes and kept me awake for most of the night. I was very disappointed and let the owner know and asked for the possibility of a partial refund. The owner upgraded me to a double suite and explained that because the property was in a farm, it could not be free of the occasional bug. The next room was dirty (even after cleaning, there was a lot of dust underneath the table in my room (I questioned whether they cleaned at all, I had to ask for an additional clean), there was a vacuum hose under the bed, there were ants, and I found a cockroach on my table. Room service was then provided every single day, and laundry and beverage fees waived. The property's staff all took turns to do all the tasks (cleaning, meal prep, front desk, etc.) in a rotation team, and sometimes there were serious shortages of staff, so sometimes I'd leave my keys for room cleaning service only to come back and have the staff explain that they hadn't cleaned my room yet as there were too many rooms they had to clean that day. Moreover, the breakfast provided was usually poor (I am vegetarian and have indicated as such on the booking), lacking nutrients and content. sometimes it would be two slices of bread and a yogurt, sometimes noodles and carrot. The property does not know how to cater to vegetarian diets.
I stayed for 8 days at the property. The staff were really amazing and personable, overall it felt like a very homely environment. The property was nestled up on the hills, away from the bustling city center. I was informed by the owner that it was a reconstructed French mansion, now-turned homestay, and it had flower and vegetables gardens, plenty of open space, lots of cute pets, and areas for relaxation. I woke up to birds singing and at night you could see the fog out of your window (it was a very beautiful location). As I'd had issues with my room, the owner gave me a free upgrade and laundry and beverages were free, also cancellation fees were free for me, and room service was provided daily. The staff were warm, and really really went above and beyond to make all guests feel at home, inviting me to family dinner, getting me vegetables from the markets, allowing me to use their kitchen, and giving me hot tea to sip and various other things when I was unwell. I felt really peaceful in this environment, and was welcomed in a homely manner, and was really touched when the staff went out of their way to make my stay more accommodating. As a single traveller, and as a woman, they made sure I was safe, and even took my luggage to the bus and waved me goodbye and reassured me. I was really grateful for the beautiful human connection, and the deep connection to nature and to the beautiful dogs and cats that kept me company.
