VietnamThe services was very bad. We came at 2.30pm, checked in and was asked to pay totally in advance. Firstly receptionist didn't tell us about which room we are going to stay, about facitlities. Secondly, swimming pool was on second floor, connecting 2 building, if someone dont tell you, you definitely get lost after get back your room from swimming pool.
The hotel was clean, breakfast was delious. So close to the beach, just 100m away

Vietnami have two kids are crying when entering the pool because it was freezing cold and windy which may lead to hyperthermia. Even as an adult also felt the coldest like swimming in the refrigerator the elevator is pretty slow and only have two of them so every time I takes the elevator I need to wait around 5-10min/time

GermanyThe smell. The smell in the fully carpeted rooms is nauseating. Stains on the floor. In the bathroom urine smell. Food residues in the corners under the drapes. Part of what looked like a lollypop stuck on the door to the room. Elevators that could not keep up with the amount of guests staying (waiting times). Talking to the manager for cleaner rooms didn't help, all had the same carpeting, different smells that a small opening in the windows couldn't help with. Air conditioning brought no relief during the night. Brakfast incredibly noisy. Food plain, scarce, cold and no one cleaned the areas including the wet and dirty floors covered with dropped food. Cheese was single foil wrapped cheddar/American (in the States not even legal to be called cheese). No choice of hot drinks. We planned on three nights - left after one. Fully paid for three. No goodwill from the hotel or concession. Please read the reviews before booking to make an informed choice.

CanadaThe sole purpose of this hotel is to provide a beach resort experience, however the beach is closed for reconstruction and therefore unusable! the restaurants around It were closed for the same reason. the hotel is situated far from the centre of Vung Tau and in inconvenient area, if not for the beach. I feel that the hotel should have stated in its website that the beach is closed - we had a very unpleasant surprise discovering it once we were there and already paid for the stay. On top of that, the reception lady spoke no English and it was extremely difficult to communicate to her that we want to leave and want a reimbursement. She had to use a translation services of a bus boy whose English was notably better than her. We eventually settled on paying tonight and being reimbursed for the remaining for..
