The hotel was very well located on the riverfront just minutes from the city center. The hotel was as indicated in the description. Large rooms, very good services. Good breakfast. Thao took good care of us, we were able to entrust our laundry to her so that it could be washed and ironed just before our departure, she was very accommodating.

Nothing. It was perfect

Excellent property on the other side of road by the river. Comfortable stay. Room was quite spacious. Free bicycles to reach old town. Lovely rides by the river. The staff was super helpful and took care of our travel plans, meals, cab bookings etc. Special mention for Thao. She ensured to hand us umbrellas, breakfast etc whenever we went out. Little things like these make a big difference.

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to make your trip enjoyable. Beautiful riverside reading area. Nice location just out of the main Hoi A busy area but still an easy walk or Grab ride. Free bicycles as well for guests. Also a quaint pool in the front. Nice breakfast. Staff even prepared a to-go breakfast for us on our departure day! 10/10 will stay there again next time in Hoi An

chose the room for the bath but the plug did not work and that was very disappointing.

Rooms size is excellent. Location is beautiful. Far enough from main area to be quiet but just a 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk along the river to the old town. Breakfast was tasty View across the river is awesome.

Incredible stay here! The staff are very kind and helpful. Helped us organize a box to be shipped home. We didnt have enough cash and the owner helped cover the cost of the postal service until we could get to an ATM. It is a bit of a walk into the old town but wasn’t too bad. Room was great. Breakfast was also great! Highly recommend :)

Slight musty smell when first entered our room, air-conditioning fixed it.

Definitely serene, very peaceful after the shopping in Hoi An. Great breakfast, comfy beds, free bikes and staff really helpful. Within walking distance of old town, better with bikes though. Enjoyed the pool after the heat of the day. Will do laundry, price only slightly higher per kg than down the road but convenient. Great spot across the road to sit by the river and watch the sun go down while enjoying a drink, BYO

Some of the other guests were very noisy when returning of evening/nights out - this isn’t the hotels fault, just lack of consideration from other guests.

The location is fantastic, situated on a quiet lane - 10 minutes walk and you’re in the heart of the old town! The staff were all very friendly and professional, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The room was presented to a good standard, no complaints!

We loved our stay here and extended 1 night! The breakfast selection was our favourite in Vietnam. The location is great just outside the old town so nice and peaceful but not too far from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very welcoming and friendly would really recommend this place!

There was a smell in the room initially but it faded away as the room got opened.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The riverside sitting area is the best place. Also it is quite near the center.

Nothing to not like!

Beautifully decorated and located in such a beautiful spot next to the river, a walking distance away from the Old Town but far out enough far out enough to have some peace and quiet. The staff were AMAZING and beyond helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious!

The room was fairly basic but given the price it was just as expected and was a great place to un wind.

Great pool in a relaxed and quiet location just outside the main old town. A 5 - 10 minute easy walk to see the old town, which was perfect. Kind attentive staff who were able to help with queries and recommend activities and restaurants. The view from the balcony of the river was great.

Just that our stay was too short..

Fantastic place. Ms Phuong and her colleagues took great care of us. Guided well for the spa, for local sites to see, for airport pick up, etc. They have a great view and a place to relax.. Away from the hustle of town.. And not so far as well.. Having specific dietary requirements (veg), they allowed the use of the kitchen to prepare our ready to eat meal as well as use the dining area.. Beyond regular hours.. Laundry facilities were quick and the same day.. Rooms had great view.. Will recommend this place for family as well as friends..

Maybe avoid ground rooms, i saw some huge cocroaches arround but this is in entire town, not a problem of this place.

Extremely pleasant stay we had, beautiful rooms, lobby and hotel equipment as well, on recepcion wevasked to rent a motorbike and they brought it within 10 minutes.

We booked very late so had two rooms in seperate wings of the hotel. Not their issue, our issue :-)

We loved this place with its lovely staff and especially loved that it was out of the bustle of old town but close enough to bike to with the free bikes. Staff great, pool lovely, good facilities.

Really great rooms, we had hotel bicycles to use for free to roam around Hoi An. A really good breakfast was provided. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is just right to visit old town and local to be pickup for trips. The staff are great and Mis Khuu Phuong was outstanding. The hotel had a few issues which were out of their control (power cut) but sorted all out as soon as they could. Help with loads of advice places to go and not to go . Love Jon and Sue

Bathroom was a bit dirty along wall edges but not bad and not a problem.

Great location just outside Old Quarter so it was quiet with easy walking distance to action. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and made to order via menu choices the day before. Room was clean, comfortable , nice balcony . Right along river which was nice .
