Wished there were microwave in the unit so we could heat up food at our convenience. I had to go down to ask them to help to heat up at their kitchen. Location isn't the best but you won't get such a view if you live in the town area. It's easy to get grab to anywhere, approximately 4-6mins waiting time. Wished there were more cafes serving food walking distance incase you feel like want to just go out and chill.

We enjoyed every bit of the stay. The apartment/hotel is extremely comfortable. Photos posted on the Web are the current condition. The rooms & unit have proper ventilation so you can enjoy the cool air. The best part is they have a huge balcony with a breathtaking view over seeing the green houses and no blockages of view & the green houses lit up at night. Sheets are clean, floor clean, they make up your unit daily, and bottled drinking water provided daily. Toilet is huge with bathtub & overhead showers. as per the photos. Hot water worked fantastic. So you can shower at night too. Communication barrier... but it worked well with Google Translate. The staff put in a lot of effort to try to understand & and accommodate your needs to make our stay as comfortable. Smart TV provided - another plus point as we could stay in and order food via grab and enjoy family time while watching movie/ your tube and most of all the cool breeze. As the balcony door opens to the living. They provide laundry services. I give them in the morning, and I get them in the evening!. A huge relief for those with family/ kids. Less one chores once you get back home...hahahahah It's quite, serene & breezy. Away from the noisy town. Makes you feel like home.

The suite was incredible with massive windows and views of the city. The suite had everything. Fridge. Glasses. Magnificent tv. The staff were friendly and helpful. We popped down and asked for ice. No problem. The breakfast was good. Asian and a mix of eggs etc. Also with magnificent views. Although the villa was a little out of the town it was easy to get a grab car to take us anywhere. 7 star for great accommodation great staff and value for money.

Stayed at the apartment with the big balcony. Fantastic view! Took a lot of photos. You get to enjoy the same view at the breakfast area as well. The roof top level is also accessible and decorated with some nice lighting! Apartment is comfy and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful (there were some communication barriers but no biggie). Breakfast is good and filling! Will recommend staying here just for the view alone! PS: surprised that there were hardly any other guests staying in the hotel during our stay. They deserve more guests!

A little out of the main part of town but that means you get great views. Big kitchen but not a lot of crockery for eating in.

New and beautifully decorated. Wonderful views and the staff were very helpful in organising eat in meals for us as well and how to best arrange our days sightseeing.

There’s no soundproof despite stating the room is soundproof. Theres no such thing as perfect hotel. As long your transparent, we will still willing to come support your hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel.

- Hotel accepts booking with credit card but do not accept card for payment, it's bullshit that machine gone bad - Rubbish everywhere around the property, only rubbish views welcome you - Property is in the middle of no where and access through broken and narrow roads - Excellent breakfast means half toasted bread, with ice cold butter and worst tasting eggs - Super cold rooms with no heating or airconditioning - Corridor had no lightings when we went to the room, and had to use phone lights to get to room - No intercom at room to ask for any help, you have to run to reception for that - No exhaust in the bathroom, if you have showered and want to shave after that - good luck to see yourself in mirror

Very disappointed with the breakfast provided. Very lacking in variety and what was offerered. Toilet paper seemed to be scarce. Overall attitude to requests was not helpful. A towel that we soiled we were charged for ( which could easily have been cleaned). Lots of room for improvement to lift the standard of the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel had some pleasing aspects, but also areas that could use improvement. The room was aesthetically pleasing, yet we found the beds to be uncomfortable, which was compounded by the room's high temperature. Although the staff kindly provided a fan upon request the following day, the overall comfort level remained less than ideal. We traveled with our ten-year-old daughter and, despite the hotel’s policy of accommodating three people in a room, the sofa provided was not a convertible type. Consequently, all three of us had to share the bed. Additionally, our room was not cleaned for two days, requiring us to remind the staff to attend to it. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. Overall, while the staff was accommodating, the room’s comfort and maintenance did not fully meet our expectations.

The view was good. The staff were nice and helpful.
