It's close to Hoan Kiem and there are many good restaurants nearby, so it's good. The staff is friendly. In particular, a staff member named Andrew took great care of me during breakfast and gave me a cute key ring as a gift. I felt good when I checked out. I'm satisfied. I'll use this hotel again next time.

Andrew at the reception desk was fantastic and really helped us out on our trip. He was incredibly informative and gave us great tips.

Their English was excellent, more than I anticipated, which made it easy to get travel tips and directions around the city. My room was spotless and cozy, perfect for resting and relaxing whenever I needed a break. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the breakfast staff were always attentive and cheerful, making each morning a pleasant start to the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would like to receptionist and restaurant team for everything they did to make the trip so special.

A nice hotel in a great location. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and attended to. On my second day, I casually mentioned at breakfast that I missed having some local vegetarian dishes. The next morning, to my surprise, the chef had added vegetarian spring rolls, stir-fried tofu with onion, and oven-roasted tomatoes to the buffet. I felt so seen and valued. This is not just service, it’s care. I’ve stayed in many places, but few have listened this closely.

We arrived late and tired, but the front desk was still cheerful and welcoming. They quickly checked us in and even helped us book a last-minute Ha Long Bay tour for the next morning. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Honestly, their kindness made all the difference

I felt completely safe and looked after here. The staff always greeted me with a smile, helped me with directions and even checked in when I got back late from exploring. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and able to help with literally anything (we asked them to call a restaurant for us and make reservation as I was having trouble with my Vietnamese Sim). This was also the only hotel where we used the in house spa during our 3 weeks in Vietnam as we normally went outside for massages however this was so worth it. Our deep gratitude to all the team

Hanoian Central Hotel was the perfect home base for our adventures in Hanoi. We arrived quiet early, and were greeted with tea and cakes with our luggage whisked away so we could explore until our room was ready. The hotel is wonderfully located within the old quarter a short distance from the lake. As would be expected within the old quarter, the rooms are not the largest Despite this, we found the room to be clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection but you can also order from the menu at no extra cost. The staff is super polite and very helpful, extremely kind and professional and they spoke English well with us. 100% would recommend staying here

The staff were kind and helpful, especially the night receptionist who greeted me with tea after a late arrival. My room was clean and cozy, and breakfast had both local and Western dishes. Tiffany at the reception was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to make our experience an unforgettable one. There was so much attention to detail, we were truly impressed with the level of service. We had lunch and dinner at Bell Pepper restaurant many times, we kept going back because everything was so amazing. The food was utterly delicious, We would highly recommend staying at this hotel or at least having a meal at Bell Pepper if you are in Hanoi and we will definitely be going back if we are ever lucky enough to be in Hanoi again

Tiffany took the time to recommend several nearby vegetarian restaurants, even marked them on my map and helped me say key phrases in Vietnamese. I ended up having the best vegetarian Vietnamese food of my life thanks to her help. Even at breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to find several vegetarian friendly options like veggie stir-fry, roasted potatoes, pasta, and even a simple but tasty pizza. It's clear they made an effort to cater to all dietary needs. Amazing service for plant-based travelers!

Hanoian Central Hotel is in such a convenient spot, just a few minutes' walk to Dong Xuan Market, Train Street and the weekend Night Market. The Old Quarter is busy and a bit chaotic, but that's part of the charm. I love exploring the nearby food stalls, then coming back to the hotel for some quiet and comfort. It really felt like the best of both worlds
