We had arranged a pick up from the airport but they weren’t there. Upon ringing the hotel, we were informed they can only offer a transfer back to the airport (despite an email clearly confirming a pick up). Was easy enough to get a Grab, but just a hassle I didn’t need after flying all day. Reception staff on arrival weren’t very welcoming.

Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay before a domestic flight. Room was simple but nice, and very clean. The bed was a bit (very!) hard for my liking, breakfast was okay (we came down fairly late so I think things had been sitting there a while). Good omelette though!

A meager breakfast.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel, as they were able to accommodate us at night after the flight. Another hotel, booked in advance, cancelled our reservation. The hotel is located close to the airport, which is very convenient. The room is clean, the air conditioner works. The security guard is very nice. I was pleased with the hotel.

Room floor could of been a bit cleaner, but overall a good experience

Close to Airport, we booked hotel when our flight was delayed for 9hours and it was very comfortable. Room was spacious and Hotel offered free transfer back to airport and also gave us a breakfast pack as we departed, would recommend the hotel

The bed was too firm for me.

It was convenient for an overnight stay.the breakfast was great and the free taxi to the airport was a bonus. The pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure.

Nothing for what it was, an overnight stop for us.

This is a great place if you need an overnight stay for a connecting flight. Great breakfast and complimentary airport shuttle. There is not much around in the way of entertainment or restaurants but the food is good in the on-site restaurant. Good staff and very obliging. Close to the airport. They have cold beer.

Very clean and quiet, I would give it a 4 star, had new and clean furniture, smart tv which I didn’t see in 5 stars, breakfast was great. Very polite and fresh staff, i would stay here again

Everything was perfect for my 1 night stay.

The check-in staff person was professional and friendly. They all seemed fluent in English. We were happy the on-site restaurant was open until 9:30, so we had some flavorful beef stew with French bread. The beds were firm with good pillows. Wifi worked great. There was a good breakfast buffet with Asian and Western items. It's super convenient for the airport. The hotel provides free taxi service, which really helped us. Only 6 minutes drive to the airport.

The reception staff! Nice lobby. Plenty of parking. Security guard. Under new ownership within last year so allow time to get up to speed.

It was all good.

Excellent staff, very helpful and assisted us in ordering food, getting a room at the last minute and late checkout, after flight was cancelled and then next flight delayed. Thanks especially to Eric and reception desk attendant as they were excellent. Would stay here again.

I chose this place as it was just for a stop over and I had to get back to the airport early the next morning. Didn't have a chance to really experience anything as I got in late and left early. Breakfast was really nice.

Very convenient for the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with good shower. Friendly staff at reception but not all speak good English. The air con in the bedroom was very noisy and the outside unit on the balcony was on par with an aircraft taking off. No double glazing window. The hotel is on a busy road so you can’t leave the windows open if switching the air con off. So unless you have good earplugs, you won’t get a good night sleep. The balcony was dirty. Not many restaurants around the hotel and no possibility to eat there in the evening.
