No air conditioner inside for people who can’t suffer the cold weather (honestly it is not too cold)

Good and convenient location. There are lots of local food around hotel such as bánh căn , bánh ướt , phở bát đàn and coffee. It takes 30 min by walking to night market. Equipment is very clean. Nice staff

the staff can’t speak a word of English so it was difficult to have a conversation, they wasn’t very welcoming or friendly either. We arrived 3 hours before 2pm which is normal check in time, the room was ready but they charged us 30% surcharge for checking in early which I have never experienced before, the room was ready so it didn’t make sense. Also when checking out they said that they would have to charge us for the 2 towels we used because they was dirty, one of them had a little bit of dirt on from the floor but nothing a wash wouldn’t get out, this seemed ridiculous and that they was just trying to get as much money as they could out of us.

It was clean and it looks like the pictures, nothing to fault about the room.

In the website of booking.com. they show that this place accept the credit card. But when I arrived, they did not have this service then I needed to withdraw from Global ATM to pay for accommodation.

The room itself is really clean and new. The staff there, only the young guy that could communicate fairly to you in English. Other you need to use google translation. but they were happy to help you all the time. The location is not close to the tourist center such like night market but if you love to experience real local life, I encourage you to book here. You can rent the motorcycle or scoother with the price of 150,000 Vnd from hotel. It is the best way to go around easy. If you cannot ride scooter, GRAB application for transportation is so easy and cheap to bring you around the city. Many good local restaurants and cafe are in walking distance.

The room looked nothing like the photos. The room and ensuite were dirty when we checked in, it didn't have a window or even an air vent, which caused the room to be really damp - the bed felt so damp all the time, and the room was so smelly because of this. The walls are so thin, so you can hear every noise, which makes it very difficult to sleep. We stayed for three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned once, nor were the bins even emptied. My husband and I are usually very easily impressed, but his hotel was so bad, I've no idea how it is rated so highly on this.

The room is quite small though and without air ventilation. I wanted to change room at the beginning and asked the staff to show me other rooms with more space and windows looking outside but she said no room was available at the time. Actually, it was Thursday night and not busy, so I wish the staff could be more supportive here. My room is on the ground floor, close to reception area, it's quite noisy in the morning when other guests gather there to chat.

The room is clean and neat, equipped with all needed amenities for a good stay. Good hot shower, which is important for a bit cold weather in mountain area. The staff is friendly and nice. She helped me to withdraw cash by bank transfer, so I didn't have to walk to ATM. From the hotel, it took me 20 minute walk to Dalat night market, on the way I stopped to have hotpot dinner, hot soymilk and looked at some shops. It was nice experience for one night in Dalat.

Supposed to get a room with a view but actually in a basement with no windows. Room felt slightly damp. Couldn't pay for the room with card, despite there being a sign saying you could use Visa. Worst of all by far, extremely extremely loud. Woken up by neighbours shouting, singing or playing music very loudly before 7am every day

I could not get hot water at the shower or sink.I judge a great deal on the quality of the shower. There is a on demand water heater in the shower and it was not doing its job. In the morning when I shower and shave I don't have time to call the front desk and sort it out.
