The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We could message the host direct and they were very helpful in whatever we needed. The room overlooked the Pink Church directly and looked amazing especially at night time. The bathroom was great

Location, price, cleanliness

The stuff didn't reply my text on WhatsApp when I asked about something. The essential amenities are well provided, but if the additional items are available too, will be better; such as plates, cutlery, or a hair dryer.

Hygiene, location

Really good location. Close to: - Le Van Tam Park (good for exercising and to meet real local people) - Tân Định Market (The real thing, great fog during the night, great breakfast and Bahn Mi) - Cool and beautiful cafes

The rooms are clean and neat, Ms Nguyen was very helpful, and she is available 24h which is super good.

The staff were very friendly. It was an excellent location. Also it was very quite, which is a rare thing to find in Vietnam

Nice view from the balcony, good value for money. Wifi was good, AC working fine. The host was responsive so that was really good. Nice view from the small balcony.

Cleanliness, there were some hair and mold in the toilet when we got there. Somewhat loud in the morning, noise from the outside from an early morning.

The location and view of the Pink Church from the balcony is so amazing and pretty. The room is at the top story of the house, accessed via lift which works really well. The front gate was user friendly once we were shown. Weren't sure what to do for check-in but were responded to and greeted immediately after making contact via WhatsApp. Room is comfortable and clean. Markets and shops walking distance. Bathroom very small but very clean. Helpful and friendly hosts.

Room is quite small, perfect for a short stay or a single person. A bit squishy with two of us and our luggage but still loved it.

I had a great time at the Nguyễns - Pink church view. Pros: location is really handy, only a short taxi ride away from the main attractions in district one, I personally loved the park nearby for an early morning walk. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Got useful tips for a Mekong delta trip and the laundry was also arranged for a small additional fee. I would come again, gladly!

Across the road to the Pink Church and good public transport links, market nearby also. The room is very clean with good air conditioning.

Amazing location! So cool to be able to see the pink church from the balcony and the bed was the comfiest we've had in Vietnam!

Nothing - everything was great

The accommodation is new and gorgeous. It's very clean and super comfortable. The location is awesome. You have a brilliant view of the "pink church" from your room. There are many food options around, tasty street food and high-end dining circles, the perimeter. For example, Pho Ga/Bo, Banh Mi, and scrumptious Com Tam. There is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant called OM next door that was extremely popular. Local coffee is plentiful, and for us, the most satisfying is buying from a local vendor set up on the sidewalk where you are made to feel very welcome. You are spoilt for choice. I had a foot massage/reflexology approximately 10 metres down the road heading towards the delicious Ban Xeo restaurant on the same road as accommodation on the right-hand side. The practitioner is highly skilled and trained. Most importantly for us, the host and her staff were kind, caring, and happy to have us there. Nothing was a problem. They made us feel like family. We felt extremely safe, with the local community all looking out for us, making sure we were OK, and going out their way to offer advice if asked. Highly recommend.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! I had a stunning room with a picturesque view of the Pink Church, making it well worth every penny. The room was impeccably clean, newly furnished, and had all the amenities I could ask for. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel
