local 4 stars hotel that exceeded my expectation. Breakfast is supper delicious. Special impression is that hotel is decorated by fresh flower and smells so nice. Highly recommended!

Some mould growing around the bathroom sink and in some small areas of the shower - shower could use a deeper clean.

Location and all the amenities - room service, spa, breakfast buffet and a gym!!! Staff were lovely. Booked airport drop off and they called the previous day to confirm details and called again on the day when driver arrived.

A nice and clean hotel with delicious options for breakfast. The room was well soundproofed or the surrounding area and people there didn't make much noise. In any case, it helped to have a peaceful sleep. The staffs were exceptional helpful also.

Wonderful staff, very good breakfast options, and we even got upgraded for free! This hotel has the perfect distance from the city center without the noise and hustle of Hanoi. We highly recommend the Q Hotel if you're exploring Hanoi for a few days.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We were fully satisfied with our stay. Special shoutout to David at the reception who helped me late at night to fix my flight fiasco with the most generous and helpful attitude. I am very thankful. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing of merit

Reviews from previous guests highlighted the buffet breakfast and we were not disappointed. The staff were ever present to re-fill our tea or coffee with a bonus smile every time. The reception staff assisted us with any questions. The bed was very large and comfortable. The Q-Hotel arranged pick up from the airport worked well and our group of 4 weary Aussies appreciated the personal touch and a lovely welcome drink upon arrival at the Q-Hotel.

Welcome drink is available upon check-in. Staff was very supportive. Room is quite large and fits for 4 adults on suite room. Breakfast was good and variety. Baguette was great! Pho (beef noodles) was also available.

if you’re a light sleeper - consider getting some ear buds! you’re right within the streets of Hanoi so the beeping can continue until quite late at times 😂.

Great amenities with awesome service from the staff. The rooms are very well maintained and clean regularly. Breakfast is also great!
