All staff in the hotel including the restaurant were very humble, friendly and helpful. We have booked two connecting family rooms and all of us are so satisfied. Location of hotel was the best and breakfast was great. Chauffeur service was great. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Breakfast? Should be much better. Low quality food and tast, same things every morning, not enough choices. Go to Israel and learn how to make it better. Water in room is not enough hot fot a bath... Towels policy (that is is allowed only at pool) is realy childness... No wireless command for ac... Need to go out from bed and turn on/off near the door... So 90's...

Very luxury hotel. Good situation, 300m from the night market. Pool and sea view is just a mazzzzzing. Rooms are big and confortable.

The experience of staying at the hotel will be better if the food quality of breakfast was improved! It is nice but could be better!

1.The assistant from the staff! We would like to express the appreciations to the staffs who helped us reaching the reception and called the taxi for us while my daughter got ill at the midnight on July 9th. We went to the hospital by taxi with the warm caring and assistants from hotel”s staffs, we appreciate that sincerely! 2. The location is perfect, also is with a wonderful pool just next to the beach , which is so awesome to enjoy the tropical scenery .

Central location, staff were incredible, food was amazing, swimming pool was open long hours and incredibly clean. You could walk to everything and half way between Sun world and grand world so was perfect if you needed both!also had shuttle to airport which made it so easy!

They were not able to provide early check in despite several requests. Check in time is 15.00 which is very late.we reached early morning and could not rest as room was not available.

Location was very good as it was on the beach and market was in walking distance.

The hotel looked amazing upon first arrival, we were welcomed with refreshments while are room was prepared upon our check in. It was situated along a beautiful beach and has a pool that spans over half the length of the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and the staff were really friendly and always smiling. They had plenty of services on offer for first timers at Phu Quoc who had no idea what to do.

The HVAC wasn’t up to the humidity in this part of Vietnam. I do not understand why the lobby was so hot our room was hot too.

The lift floors were often wet from people going straight up from the pool. It would be good if there was a better feet drying system.

I like the 5 star resort facilities in the centre of the island close to lots of fun activities outside. The best of both worlds.

Bedroom we had over looking seaside was nice touch. Also the rooms were nice size. Breakfast was plenty of choice. Taxi we used to safari Park. (Grab) Good location to night market. Restaurant close by is nice. Swimming pool was clean and beach was fine. Staff were 100% great good service.
